Clover is only about making the sale to put its equipment into your business and making the Credit Card processing fees. The equipment was supposed to arrive with my menu completely installed and all ready to go. It arrived 100% empty! Absolutely nothing from my business was installed! That was only the opening chapter to the nightmare that has followed. The absolute worst aspect is the "support" department. 1st and foremost is the fact you very likely will not be able to understand whoever answers your call. Before you get to that point you will have to give about 10 Minuets of verification of who you are not once but three times or more!!! They truly have no respect for your time as a business owner! When you do finally get through to the help department you will be convinced that whoever is helping you is in their first hour of their first day on the job! They don't know anything, you will spend most of your time on hold waiting for them to stand in line with your question waiting to talk to the one person in the department who has an idea of how the system operates. I haven't called them for months because of the level of frustration I know I will be subjected to. Today I could not avoid it because of the fact I'm losing money due to the fact that my servers can now clock out with open orders (dine and dash) that are not getting paid for. I spent more than an hour on the phone (mostly on hold) with a very nice young lady who knows nothing. Finally after being told there was nothing that can be done I asked to talk to a department head, I was on hold for mor than 30 Min before I was hung up on. I am so very close to being ready to face the long frustrating ordeal of loading and learning a new system because of the total incompetence and completely uncaring attitudes of the help department of Clover....

I wanted to deduct court fines for department MOJ from an employee. I found the instructions perfect but it didn’t explain in detail the boxes I had to fill out eg. reference number & then the other 2 boxes.I ended up googling to understand the meaning of them.

I used to read stuff every day but not anymore …

I used to read stuff every day and loved the way I could navigate my way around different categories with ease. The new app is glitchy slow and it freezes up and won’t work properly on my iphone11. I’ve tried updating the app numerous times as I was sure that they would iron out the problems but no they haven’t so I no longer use stuff as my go to place for news. I miss it but don’t have the time or patience to preservere with such a shockingly terrible app

I returned to the Liliha Bakery Restaurant inside the Macy’s at Ala Moana mall Honolulu. The mahi mahi fish in my otherwise wonderful sandwich was so thin I couldn’t taste it. The pork platter plate I had the week before was amazing. So, I will return but not for the fish.

Caution, parents. While the app is not too bad to use it clearly has an agenda to evangelize children to adopt “alternative lifestyles”. All we wanted was to learn a language. That is why we got the app. Please keep the social lifestyle evangelism to yourselves, duolingo. The app has now been deleted and a competitive product is being used in its place.

My order was missing food

My order was missing food. I called door dash and they didn't even refund enough to re order what didn't come. Then tried to sell my a monthly or yearly amount to avoid their convenience fees. But couldnt refund the inconvenience nor would they allow me to speak to a manager because yes at that point I was in a "Karen" mood. I always have missing items or some issue and have never complained once. GOOD RIDDENS to you door dash and your crap customer service!

Not possible to cancel my subscription.

Not possible to cancel my subscription.I keep getting billed by them but it is not possible to cancel my subscription. If I try to log in to my account with the email they send the bills to it says "email unknown". If I use the contact form they link in their billing Email it gets returned with the message "rejected by recipients email provider". I'm now on my third try to reach someone that could help me.Now I got an auto response at least that a ticket was created. However I got three auto responses with slightly different wording: two in German and one in English.It looks like Bitdefender does not have a grip on their operations. I wouldn't trust them with keeping my Computer secure.

If I could, I would have given them no star at all. My order has been cancelled for no reason at all and when I contacted them, they started to try to upsell things instead of fixing the issue. When they couldn't upsell anything, they told me they were going to put me on hold to "check something". They never came back.I am not buying from them anymore, that's for sure...

It is a pro Russian platform that suspends accounts for saying that #russiaisaterroriststate but allows hateful speech and multiple disinformation from Russian accounts. Twitter basically allows accounts of a terrorist organisation (russia).
