Clover is only about making the sale to put its equipment into your business and making the Credit Card processing fees. The equipment was supposed to arrive with my menu completely installed and all ready to go. It arrived 100% empty! Absolutely nothing from my business was installed! That was only the opening chapter to the nightmare that has followed. The absolute worst aspect is the "support" department. 1st and foremost is the fact you very likely will not be able to understand whoever answers your call. Before you get to that point you will have to give about 10 Minuets of verification of who you are not once but three times or more!!! They truly have no respect for your time as a business owner! When you do finally get through to the help department you will be convinced that whoever is helping you is in their first hour of their first day on the job! They don't know anything, you will spend most of your time on hold waiting for them to stand in line with your question waiting to talk to the one person in the department who has an idea of how the system operates. I haven't called them for months because of the level of frustration I know I will be subjected to. Today I could not avoid it because of the fact I'm losing money due to the fact that my servers can now clock out with open orders (dine and dash) that are not getting paid for. I spent more than an hour on the phone (mostly on hold) with a very nice young lady who knows nothing. Finally after being told there was nothing that can be done I asked to talk to a department head, I was on hold for mor than 30 Min before I was hung up on. I am so very close to being ready to face the long frustrating ordeal of loading and learning a new system because of the total incompetence and completely uncaring attitudes of the help department of Clover....
