Spend a month investigating with that is still ongoing because they have a large back log awaiting to be checked .Bull S because they have already sent me this Here's the good news, we have received a response from the relevant department that your Oculus Quest 2 fit pack has already arrived at the warehouse and still beingIn over 20 years of logistics/warehousing i know when an error has been made after all we are only human not robots mistakes happenAnd robots dont lie
