I’ve used E-gift cards on a previous purchase and the gentleman helping had no issues. Tonight I went in to purchase a few items with more E-gift cards and the workers were saying I needed to activate the cards or they were just not working. We decided to place the order online in front of the them for the same exact gear we chose in store and the cards worked perfectly on my phone. I proceeded to pay the rest out of the amount due out of pocket. I was unable to get my items because the order was still pending. The workers were nice and helpful throughout the process. I’m disappointed the manager did nothing to either expedite the order or try to come up with a solution. It’s absurd that I wasn’t able to leave with the items I purchased in front of the workers, having the inventory in hand.

Disney is no longer Disney! The Magic is Gone! We will never go back. We recently got back from Orlando in March 2022 and had gone to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. It was not like out previous three visits to Walt Disney World. It was aweful...what Walt created is now gone, Save yourself misery and do not go. I will first tell you how aweful Disney is now and then how great it use to be. Here is the NEW AWEFUL DISNEY EXPERIENCE, a. no customer service (no employees are happy working for disney anymore) my children even noticed this, b. the ticket prices are more expensive if you go during any holiday, c. you have to make reservations for the park (not because of covid) but because disney wants you to use your tickets in the days you reserve, e.g. buy two park tickets and you must reserve consecutive 4 days to use your tickets if the days are available, if you do not use your tickets within those 4 days you lose your right to go d. you cannot now ride a ride twice with a fast pass in the same day e. Disney created a terrible new ride system, called Genie Plus which is $15.00 extra per person per day on top of your ticket cost. On Genie Plus you can only book "one ride on the day of your reservation at 7:00 a.m. " This also applies to Disney Resort Guests. This means on your vacation: you have to be on your phone on the Disney App at exactly 7:00 a.m. and hope you can book your one ride of choice on Genie Plus which is the new fast pass now called lightening lane. Then you have to wait two hours from the time the park opens to book another lightening lane pass if you can get one e.g. if park opens at 8:30 a.m. you cannot book your second lightneing lane until 10:30 a.m. so here you are on your holidays again watching the clock until it hits 10:30 a.m. and like an idot trying to get a lightening lane pass.When we went I was on the phone at exactily 7::00 a.m. and I got a pass for 4:30 pm. that day for the Arrow Smith roller coaster at Hollywood Studios At 10:30 a.m. we were on the phone again exactly at 10:30 a.m. after the two hours was up and there were "no lightening lane" passess left for any good rides! How unbelievable. Then at Hollywood Studios the Arrow smith Roller coaster was down all day and we never got to ride it even with our 4:30 lightening lane pass. My children were devasted...thousands of dollars spent on a vacation and no roller coaster ride or any good rides for that fact because Disney changed their ride system. What a mess.Disney is not offering anymore customer service, or great ride experiences.f. For the top two rides at each park you cannot use Genie Plus, but have to pay extra again for an Individual Lighting Lane pass...when we went they were $15.00 each per person per ride. Disney guests can book an Individual Lighting Lane pass from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on the day of there ticket. Those staying outside of Disney which we did can book an Individual Lighting Lane pass at 8:00 a.m. So again, on the day of my vacation, and willing to pay the dam $15.00 extra again for an individual Lightening Lane pass for the new ride at Epcot I was on the phone/disney's app at 8:00 a.m. and ALL THE INDIVIDUAL LIGHTING LANE PASSES BY 8:00 A.M. WERE GONE!g. Why would you go to Disney, when the rides are not operating, you have to pay, and pay, and THEN you cannot even get to ride any rides you want, well unless you want to stand in line for 2 hrs and provided they are operating. BEFORE WE LOVED DISNEY, having gone 3 times. Customer service was outstanding, we could book 3 fast passes for our favorite rides 30 days in advance of our travels and could enjoy knowing we had those passes. And, we were able to get more great fast passes for our favourite rides later in the day. We always returned before saying great things about Disney but no more. Everything has changed.....my family and I were so disappointed with our visit this March 2022. We will never go back...Walt created Disney for people to enjoy and love, which we did on every previous visit and that is why we kept going back and back. What a shame...the Magic that put the sparkle in our eyes is now gone! If Walt could only see what Disney has done.We will now be going to Universal and other parks around the world.

I’m writing this review to share my serious disappointment with both the product quality and customer service from Adidas.I purchased the Adizero Adios Pro 4, sizing up 1.5 sizes from my usual number, specifically for marathon use. On its first and only run (16km), the shoe caused a black toenail, bruising, and ongoing pain, leaving me unable to wear running shoes for days.Despite my detailed report and photo evidence, Adidas refused to take responsibility, simply calling it a "personal fitting issue" and suggesting I try different socks which is unacceptable for a premium, high-performance shoe that cost €250.This was not a fit issue, but a design flaw or performance failure in a product marketed for elite long-distance running. I expected a brand like Adidas to stand behind its products and support loyal athletes customers instead, I was met with indifference.I am now escalating this complaint to the European Consumer Centre Ireland and CCPC, and I strongly advise others to think twice before investing in this model. I'll f you buy be in mind you will need at least 2 size up or If something goes wrong, you might be left without help and with an expensive, unusable shoe.

McAfee auto-renewed an order from last year, despite me activating a new order last month. They thought I needed two accounts apparently. They also auto-renewed it without emailing me in advance to warn that £96 would be taken from my account. This is utterly unacceptable. After a painful customer service call (as apparently I didn't have the right to request a refund online), I managed to get a refund, but I'll be without that £96 for five days while I wait for my refund. This is a shameful business practice, and I'll be looking forward to moving to Norton or someone else when my current licence ends.

I’ve bought a 55in 8K QLED TV from Samsung directly from Samsung web shop, in partnership with Scania Benefy,, expecting it to be high quality durable appliance, however my experience with them turned out to be a real nightmare.A couple of months ago I’ve noticed that some areas of the screen had some flashing white pixels that became permanent black. this per se was very distressing but out of a sudden the TV start to restart itself every 5 minutes, making it impossible to watch it. I rose a complaint to Samsung web chat and had a repair assigned. The technician that came to my home connected with the TV and found many errors reports logged in my TV. He told me that it was a common defect and told me the TV would have to be taken to the repair shop for repair. He was expecting the screen to be replaced and advise that might take 2 weeks.Today I have an email from Samsung saying that the will be reimbursing me amount I’ve paid for the TV. However, as electronics prices has gone up in the past years and Samsung is not offering any 8K TV in 55 in, I would have to opt for a low quality product now what is completely unacceptable.I have chosen Samsung for it’s quality and customer care, and decided to pay more for a premium brand to have some peace of mind that the product I was investing money in would last for a long time. However the experience of a premium product (at that time the highest grade available) failing to delivery what it promised, in such a short period of time is very disappointing and makes me feel that Samsung product are not as high grade as they were before.I understand that things can go wrong with any electronics but the reaction from the manufacturer when that happens to make things right to the customer as quick is possible is very important to keep brand reputation. In this case I’m afraid I’ll need to say that Samsung’s response just damaged more it’s image. I had to go through many departments, from workshop to sales and none of them could produce a sensible solution to my case. The internal bureaucracy is as such that the departments cannot talk to each another and refer to one another as they were a different company. As a customer I relate to Samsung as brand, not Samsung sales, Samsung shop or Samsung repair. the fact that this level of poor communication and disorganization is exposed to a customer that easy tell a lot of how competent and careless a company is.I am raising this formal complaint and would like you to reassess my case with whatever department you need and write back to me as soon as possible. As I mention before, I cannot accept a new TV that doesn’t have similar image and sound quality as the former one. If Samsung is producing any TV with that standard anymore, please be an honest company and offset the cost to next level.

I have been using Parallels for around 2 years now and I used to work with other virtualization software's before, and I have to say that, despite the few downsides of Parallels, it has the best and the most intuitive interface.While I do not like the marketing philosophy and how Parallels team manages the products (no long lasting versions, you need to purchase the newer version, etc.), I do appreciate the support team who does a great job.I have a MacBook Pro 13" i7 and 16GB RAM, even though, Windows 10 is not doing great, the mac gets very hot, the fans are all the time at full speed, very annoying and irritating, without talking about the battery which gets discharged in no time, but I think this has more to do with the fact of running one OS on top of another OS, it's not specific to Parallels.Appreciate if:- Parallels Technical Team optimizes the product so Windows can run more smoothly and consumes less resources.- Parallels Marketing Team can improve their marketing policy and make it easy (and cheaper) to upgrade.

I am going to the Better Business Bureau about Wordpress for charging me two years for not being able to do a thing with my sites (not even a home page) and bringing me to Domain.com agents to constantly fix issues -like constant error codes, not allowing me to sign into wordpress at all. It will not allow me to add plugins. When I signed up with WP, they spoke with me by phone promising there would be phone contact help and chat help with my package, then they terminated their customer service all together.
