McAfee auto-renewed an order from last year, despite me activating a new order last month. They thought I needed two accounts apparently. They also auto-renewed it without emailing me in advance to warn that £96 would be taken from my account. This is utterly unacceptable. After a painful customer service call (as apparently I didn't have the right to request a refund online), I managed to get a refund, but I'll be without that £96 for five days while I wait for my refund. This is a shameful business practice, and I'll be looking forward to moving to Norton or someone else when my current licence ends.
