I have had 3 faulty xbox 360's in the past, and have just had my xbox one Kinect break on my.After contacting customer support, each time as the product has been in warranty, it has been replaced without question.I would recommend Microsofts customer support to anyone, and likewise their products!

*Attention anyone who has a contract with Wedding Wire*If you’re looking to cancel your contract early with Wedding Wire, you will not be able to do so. But in speaking with customer service, I learned that if you dispute the monthly charge with your credit card company, Wedding Wire will cancel your contract. You will not be charged for the remaining months in your contract. This is NOT something they tell you upfront. I found this out when they renewed my contract for another year.....automatically!Save yourself some money, and dispute the charge with your credit card company now!

Terrible customer service - a few years ago back in 2020 you could still talk to someone over the phone to help fix any problems you have. Fast forward to 2023 / 2024, even though I am now paying for multiple accounts at a premium, the service has gotten a lot worse. You can't reach a customer representative over the phone to go over this and if you email them, they will come back to you with sporadic answers that don't really answer your questions and it just keeps going in circles.... Zoom has recently released its new whiteboard and does not allow you (or at least for me) to revert to the classic whiteboard. We have been going forth and back with email exchanges and it's going absolutely nowhere. Overall, the more you pay, the more terrible service you receive.

Bought 2 gift cards which were blocked. I followed the usual instructions (I have had Zara gift cards before so I know how they work) and it would not accept the last 4 digits of my phone number. Contacted customer service via whatsapp, first time to be told it had been escalated which it had not, 2nd, 3rd and 4th time I was told the same instructions over and over again which did not work. Customer service is shocking, advisors are no more helpful than the AI chat bot. It has really put me off using Zara in future. Considering they won't even refund me £100 worth of vouchers that do not work!

Highly recommend steering clear of Hubspot. They lure you in with grand promises, but as soon as they realize they can't deliver, they abandon you completely.After struggling with them for a year, we realised they had wrongly specified our Microsoft ERP system, and had no idea what that they we're trying to integrate.Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

Outstanding event. Castle tour of 27 rooms was excellent with audio guide. Dinner was just a short walk away and was well done. Concert was the highlight with outstanding musicians and opera singers in a beautiful venue. Would highly recommend this tour and was certainly worth the money. Only negative was the very long walk (it was rainy and cold) from the restaurant to the concert hall.
