Terrible customer service - a few years ago back in 2020 you could still talk to someone over the phone to help fix any problems you have. Fast forward to 2023 / 2024, even though I am now paying for multiple accounts at a premium, the service has gotten a lot worse. You can't reach a customer representative over the phone to go over this and if you email them, they will come back to you with sporadic answers that don't really answer your questions and it just keeps going in circles.... Zoom has recently released its new whiteboard and does not allow you (or at least for me) to revert to the classic whiteboard. We have been going forth and back with email exchanges and it's going absolutely nowhere. Overall, the more you pay, the more terrible service you receive.
