Our initial flight (at 8pm) was delayed for 4 hours, whilst everyone was stuck on the plane, due to an issue with the fuel injectors. Hardly any communication throughout, only being told “we were going back to stand”, which sounded to us like we’d be getting off the plane, therefore adding to the frustration of everyone stuck for such a long duration. This delay meant we missed our connecting flight (also with emirates) which they rearranged for roughly 18 hours later and therefore put us in a hotel. Only they shipped us off to a hotel in the middle of Dubai who weren’t expecting us and so, wouldn’t admit us. No emirates staff around to help and they ultimately left us sat in the lobby for nearly 3 hours with no communication before finally picking us up and taking us to another hotel! I managed to get the hotel to ring the emirates desk at Dubai airport and was met with a “representative” who flat out refused to speak to me, despite the fact they’d just sent me, my wife and my 3 year old daughter to a hotel who wouldn’t admit us, with no money, food or water. They would only speak to the hotel staff despite the fact I’d paid them £2.5k for some flights and was their actual customer! I also tried emirates chat who told me “they can’t help with hotel bookings”. I’ve of course raised a complaint with emirates who, as of 17/02 still haven’t bothered to respond and there’s basically no means of contacting this company. Beyond shambolic.

Worst experience ever with McAfee. Do not order one of their packages. I realized the software wasn’t compatible with our laptops. Refund policy states 30 days. Apparently if it’s discounted, it’s less. That was not clear when I ordered. I have never downloaded the software and they want me to still pay for the next four years. Terrible customer service.

Not too pushy but a great help selecting tge right colour and material. Ordering was easy and again Samantha Moffett arranged delivery for me.A great company. Great selection of quality furniture.

Ordered a $50 item from a supposedly reputable seller and received a much cheaper, completely different product. AliExpress support was no help—they told me to pay $70 to return the wrong item just to be considered for a refund. That $70? They’d give it back as a coupon.After being misled into canceling my PayPal dispute (aliexpress promised a refund if i cancelled, ive got the screenshots), I’ve been stuck in a loop with no resolution. Zero accountability from either the seller or AliExpress.Edited June 2, 2025 - AliExpress commented saying they would reach out to me. They did, and "offered" me a $0 refund. How helpful.

I have been trying to cancel this subscription for ages. I am very busy and struggled to find the time to work out how to do it - which I resent very much. Finally today I scoured the account online and nowhere could I find a cancel sub button and had to pay to phone a number and hold for a customer service person and do it that way. No lunch for me today then!According to new legislation under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Bill...Businesses must make it possible for consumers to end their subscription contract in a single communication and without having to take any steps which are not reasonably necessary for the contract to end. This aims to target convoluted or difficult cancellation processes put in place by some businesses.

Been using Spotify since it first came out and have had a family premium plan. While the iPhone app works ok most of the time, the Apple Watch app (AW Ultra) is probably one of the most infuriating things to operate. Spotify do you have an actual QA team that test this application and experienced developers working on this project, as you may want to have a chat with them? I am a developer and this would not be acceptable even for an Alpha test build never mind production. I was running the Lake Garda marathon last Sunday and downloaded a playlist as I knew the network would not be ideal at times. I started a recent downloaded playlist for offline listening. Can you please tell me why I have then a prompt to tell me I have no network and to try again, but no way to exit the prompt other than try again that would not clear? I was furious!!! Time to move to another music streaming service as this is comical at times. I’ve tried others and they work as expected. Spotify puts up its prices but continues to provide mediocre apps and poor support.

Great app and website for music lovers. Tracks your favourite performers and can be used to send out advance notifications of concerts and also allosw you to book tickets. As with all ticket vendors its best to check the artist, date and time direct with the venue.

Jackson, MI My daughter in AZ tried to provide me with some groceries , seeing I am in the danger group for the virus. The order was scheduled for 4 days in advance. She had a choice of time for the day -other time slots were open behind her choice. The day of delivery, the order time was changed 3 times - all the way up to 10:00 at night. at 9:53pm I got a message that the order would perhaps be delayed for 5 days !!!! OK -so now my groceries are up to 9 days out from the submission of the order. What am I supposed to eat ? Kroger is doing themselves a great disservice by trusting this third party provider to deliver for them. I do not shop at Kroger , and will not deal with this order option again. In this time of need, at least you would think they would do their part to help the older generation, and hire some competent people. I could have ordered on-line and received my food in 2 days. Now do you wonder why local stores are losing out on business ?? They anger their customers and force them to shop on line.. My daughter is disappointed - had even paid for a tip plus the delivery charge - hope she can recover her money.

Awful, awful, AWFUL experience in 2025 for Canadians. Borderline unusable. I've spent 12 hours over 3 days just trying to send my own USDC to a polymarket account, and just getting USDC in the account itself was an accomplishment with how unusable the website is. I've had to try every possible way, including making brand new accounts because my payments we're blocked for 'security reasons' with no explanation. I was also told over the phone that money deposited directly from my bank would be usable the same day, but not only did that take 3 hours, but I can't even send the money to polymarket for another 6 days. That's another blot of misinformation I was told by a coinbase rep on the phone that was wrong. I'm going to try the other crypto exchanges. This has been such a waste of time.

Ok the program is trash. I'm in a power point and word class and whatever I do on the test that is the slightest out of order that I didn't mean to do, it says I'm wrong. Not very fair cause now my teacher has to make a Quizizz or change the settings for the stupid thing.

Cengage is a great tool for my courses. I like the access to the adaptive study tools and all the little extra help to prepare for the exams in my classes. The mobile access is the bomb. My book weights a ton and I hate carrying it with me to study or do homework. This 24/7 access gives me all the tools I need to read on the go and complete my assignments.

Regular updates on things that have been blocked such as viruses etc, system updates, advice on trending scams, I have been using AVG for a number of years and had no problems, unlike other anti virus down loads that once on your computer seem to take an age to delete
