I booked an Uber to take myself and my wife from our hotel in Ealing to Buckingham Palace. This was booked ten days beforehand. I received confirmation, and was told the driver would contact me 25 minutes before the collection time. I received no contact from the driver, and 10 minutes before we were due to be picked up I received a message on the Uber app to say the journey had been cancelled; no reason was given, nor was there an apology. We had to urgently book a replacement taxi at considerable expense. This was the first time I have used Uber, and it will certainly be the last!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was shocked to see how many people agreed with me and I wish I had done more research before getting click happy and starting my ‘free’ subscription with them. Stupidly, I assumed they were a wholesome brand - what a joke. Mirroring what others have said, customer service is appalling. Copied and pasted responses to emails and enquiries. They began taking money from my account despite me trying to cancel multiple times. Then refused to refund the money. Disgusting.

Unfair Charges & No Refund Policy – Beware!I signed up for SendPulse’s free plan, yet they charged my credit card USD 10 for two months without any active subscription. When I checked my billing dashboard, there were no active plans, and I had not authorized any payments.When I contacted support, they directed me to a refund request form that automatically denied my refund. To make matters worse, there is no option to remove my credit card details from my account, leaving me vulnerable to further unexpected charges.This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I urge others to be cautious before adding their payment details to SendPulse. A company that makes it difficult to stop charges and refuses refunds for wrongful deductions is not trustworthy.I hope SendPulse resolves this issue and improves their policies. Until then, I cannot recommend their services.***********25th Feb 2025:I appreciate that SendPulse has responded to my concern and issued a refund for the charges. While the initial experience was frustrating, I’m glad their support team eventually addressed the issue. Thank you!

Macy's will not allow you to use a post office box as your shipping address. This is fine so I used my physical address. Then they sent my package via "UPS Surepost" who handed it off to my post office. But since there was no post office box address provided the post office sent it back to Macy's since they had no idea where to deliver it to me! I've had five long phone calls and some online chats trying to resolve this but I haven't found one human being that has ANY CLUE that the post office does not deliver to your house when you don't have a mailbox at your house..... If you want my physical address then you should deliver my package to my physical address!!!! I cannot resolve this issue and I was trying to purchase this item for a birthday that has now passed as of today. I've never had any problem getting packages from any other vendor.

APR 30.99% GTFO...NO INTEREST if PAID within 12 months.... say you buy a 4-5k computer/laptop (I bought a alienware laptop worth almost 4k).. u pay it down to 2k in 12 months... BOOM after the promotional period ends...almost $1000 added to your 2k remaining.. 0.o ....their support technician service sucks too, laptop overheats and sometimes would just shutdown automatically by just simply changing it to performance mode with no other program/app running. Went through tech support and nothing was resolved.

You can’t hardly get nowhere with them they put you on hold don’t come back to the phone you make purchases they charge your card then they send you stuff that you do not order they lie they invite you to put your credit your mercury credit card on file and whatever points and money you have you’re supposed to be able to use them on Amazon. That is a lie, Amazon does not honor Amazon gift cards. I got one for Christmas wasn’t able to use. It wasn’t able to go into my settings and add and redeem. Don’t mess with Amazon and don’t put your mercury credit card on there because they’re liars they’re thirsty they’re cheaters they charge my mercury card $102.80 and sent me a trashy wig that I did not order and I’m going to return it and they gonna catch it if they don’t refund my $102.$.80 back to my mercury credit cardwhen I say them for people don’t need to be in this United States cause they act like they don’t understand language they don’t need to be they’re terrible terrible. I've been trying to sell some collectibles on the site and the sign up process is a never ending loop of questions which you have to do 20 times because the Muppets at customer service keep loosing your details or quit.
