I purchased a pair of prada sunglasses.I received today, I opened the box, it was empty. Only documents and invoices are included. I presume they have some “mice” employees, sunglasses is very light to be observed. I filed a claim to my bank already. Problem is i have purchased another more expensive item arriving on Friday. I will not leave the courier go without opening so that i have some evidence.

They gave me an appointment time on Saturday but once I and my family arrived we were told they were full. Then we rescheduled for Sunday and they tried to get $580 more out of us for a 3hour event when we only signed up for a one hour event and we got swindled out of $82 and an jet ski experience that my kids wanted child on vacation. Very disappointing!

One of the assurances when paying with a credit card is that you are protected. Welp, this is surely not the case with Goldman Sacs. I disputed a charge that clearly shouldn’t have been placed on my card; provided excellent proof. Even though this was so, the company didn’t work to get my money back.
