Greet Customer Service

This has to be one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. There was an issue with promotional credit I had and Mario Moore and the Guitar Center team worked with me and ensured I got the credit restored and fulfilled my order in a timely manner. This speaks volumes about how Guitar Center treats customers. I will tell my fellow musicians about the great customer service I experienced and I highly recommend doing business with Guitar Center.

Review of godaddy

Avoid GoDaddy

Simple email set up after purchase. It hung on setting it up. First tech said make these DNS changes, which I did and he assured me it would be available for use within 24-48 hours. It wasn't. So far this morning I've been 'served' by 4 different techs with exactly the same script saying don't worry, I'm here to help, I've raised a ticket, and I understand your frustration. FOUR TIMES already - like groundhog day. In the meantime, no solution has been concluded for a very simple issue. GoDaddy support was always excellent in the past and now, it is a shambles. This is not the first time I have had issues with a hanging email set up and last time it was about a week so I wrote to the CEO. I got NO response, not even any acknowledgment. GoDaddy don't care about you, as long as they are charging your credit card and boosting revenue. Shame there was no option for 0 stars.Addition -despite promises to resolve and GoDaddy's reply to this review, here we are 48 hours later and I'm chasing support YET AGAIN as it is still not solved. AVOID GODADDY.Eventually solved 6/19, which I'm grateful for but it shouldn't take that long and I hope this is used positively to improve services to clients.

Beatrice was incredibly helpful and flexible. She's a great representative for Flipsnack. I suggest offering more affordable prices for Brazilian consumers, especially those who won't make a profit from the app. This would make Flipsnack more attractive and reach more people.

FB need to get a grip on how hackers are using their platform for abuse and brainwashing. I had a hacker replace the audio onn all my story feed to send me abusive and negative measages for a year long period i had to mute the app everytime i go on there. I also saw fakee postt and music that would send any1 to the mental clinic if continued use. please fb make your platform more safe!

Great rewards!

I love DSW's reward program! I've gotten shoes and accessories for great prices because of it. Ordering online has always been easy and shipping has been fast. My only problem is that I've received shoes that have been tried on (not a big deal, but the protective materials on the shoe were missing).

3 months of no payments for my holiday home. Impossible to get help. AI first, then messages that never get answered. Then four promises from Telephone (when I eventually found a number, its hidden!) operators on payments that have never followed through. Use AirBnB do not use Booking.com

Just say no to Venmo

Just say no to Venmo. The default setting lets everyone know about your financial transactions. I can't think of a single circumstance where that is a good idea. You have to hunt down the privacy setting. When I went to make a payment and entered my friend's name, up came a list of people I have never met with the same name. Who are all these people anyway? Would they have been able to see my transaction if I hadn't changed the privacy setting? Venmo is a good idea in theory, but it has a way to go for practical use.

Not the most user-friendly…

I have an account with TripAdvisor and was trying to leave a review for Malta's tallinja flexible bus travel card. The card itself works well but the app associated with it is poor - if you try to open an account with it, it won't let you. However, you don't need to use the app to use the card and so far I've been really pleased with it. I was trying to leave a review on TripAdvisor but first it tried to get me to review a bus tour in London, then when I tried to contact TripAdvisor, it only gave me options for business owners.I just want to leave a review to help other travellers! Why does TripAdvisor seem to make it so difficult? It's one of the least user-friendly sites I've used.

Songkick sent me an email to review last night's show.. I clicked on link provided, spent my time reviewing, and submitted ....it bounces back stating I can review the same artist more than 3 times!... different shows people!..you sent me the request!...here it is:Another fantastic set by Jackie!...good mix of old&new. Video was a bit off, as it was the animation from Modern Life, playing/looping through most of his set- even old stuff... however, towards the end, when performing songs from Modern Life (ie, Good Advice) for which the animation was created, the animated video had stopped...since this show seemed to be more about Mother Hips, their anniversary/ new album and the Blue Rose Benefit, it can be forgiven.Thanks JG, Nate and the band members from Nashville...The Stanley Mouse poster is wonderful, but no signed/numbered, and/or autographed ones available-missed opportunity!

Review of kroger

6 hours spent on one order. Delivered late a day later.

4 out of the 5 agents who I talked to to get this single delivery order done right disconnected me. The one who didn't disconnect me told me the delivery fee would be compensated for and an additional 20 dollars would be applied to my order. The final receipt showed none of that. I spend 2 hours fighting with kroger's cart glitching, then 4 hours waiting for and talking to customer support agents. All for a service that's supposed to be a convenience. Oh, and the order was guaranteed in writing to be delivered between 11 am and 1 pm after kroger failed to deliver the order the first day they said they would. Insult to injury, one of the eggs delivered was broken. In every single way this was a massive failure on kroger's part. Will not be using the service again. Will be reviewing the service on every platform I can.

They said we have suspended their accounts,however are not accountable nor give a hoot for this Decorated Army vet. This world is evil and so is this mickey mouse company. I hope you go out of business, you corrupt company.
