This program is basically a scam. After canceling our account we have been charged 2 years in a row $169 and they refuse to refund or respond to anything after being extremely patient with them. Absolutely don't waste your time or haven your money stolen.

Creating/sending email campaigns is easy and user friendly. It's getting pricier which worries me that I will need to switch in a year or two. Probably because of the AI integrations, but I pay for chat GPT and feel that it has much higher quality versus the AC AI, so I stay away from it. I want to integrate this better into my business, but have had some developer issues hindering it.

After the nightmare of having my Instagram and Facebook accounts disabled with no way to contact support, I’ve finally got them back! In the end, getting a blue tick on my husband’s account made all the difference—we were able to reach out directly, and they sorted everything within 24 hours. Such a relief!

I was able to speak with Brooks about an upcoming travel scheduled for tomorrow on 8/272022. She was able to find my booking and process the E tickets for me. I am waiting on the E tickets to be sent to me, she was very helpful and courteous throughout the whole chat with her and I appreciate all the help she gave me. The servers keep crashing for no reason. They force you to wait in a queue. Some games like MW2 are wrongly named in library. As an example, if you buy MW2 you will have to install it as "Warzone." They also use a very bad purchasing system. After you buy a game, it will take up to 24 Hours for it to complete. I would only recommend if there is an exclusive battle.net game that you cannot get anywhere else. Otherwise use a different online game store.

We ordered almost $10k worth of framed art back in Jan 2023. We received one with wrong frame and had to pay the over $100 to ship it back . To their credit, the 3 smaller framed ones did come. We had our 3 main bigger pieces “missing in transit” with no communications. After several attempts to get updates via email (with no response on multiple), we got an email “sorry , Frame out of stock” almost 6 weeks later. Our one awful phone call with Jovie(customer service rep) told us she didn’t know much more. She was almost annoyed by our call. We asked to speak to a manager and she said “they might not call you back”. I’ve never experienced such awful customer service or have seen a business run so poorly. We still have no idea where some of our art is. It is a shame for the artists trusting them to distribute their great work.

I can only echo so many others. I’ve been using Duolingo for years both for free & as a paid subscriber and had been happy. Once the learning tree was replaced with a pathway I thought it was time to leave & wish I had. It’s just going downhill fast with every ‘upgrade’ making it worse & worse. So many adverts on repeat time & time again. It freezes so much & sometimes the sound doesn’t work or it teaches you a word as correct, so you use it but then it’s wrong & as said before no hints or tips, a new word is just dropped in and you are expected to know it! The final straw & why I’m leaving after over a 1600 day streak is practice hearts. You have to watch an advert or two or three anyway so why limit them to just two now rather than five. It’s pointless & a waste of my time so I recommend if you are starting to learn a new language avoid this money grabbing backward thinking app!
