Holidaying in Europe and using booking.com for accommodation as I have done for many years with no problems. I booked two nights in a hotel and used my debit card to pay, same day booking.com suddenly charged my credit card £200, simultaneously three further fraudulent payments were also taken off my credit card to the value of £150 so £350 in total. It was impossible to get hold of anyone at booking.com, just going round in circles with the AI assistant, eventually received an email saying they would refund me but I never received anything, at one point I managed to speak to an Indian woman who insisted the £200 was for the hotel I had used my debit card to pay for, the line was terrible and she barely spoke English, I ended up hanging up on her. I do not save my cards on booking.com so for the credit card payments to have been made indicates someone at booking.com deliberately went into my payment history and accessed my card details, this is possibly a crime and at the very least a breach of European GDPR. Fortunately my credit card company fully refunded me. If you must use booking.com only pay with your credit card so you have some protection. Also just use booking.com to see what accommodation is available in the area and then email them privately to book, if you deal directly with the hotel it can be up to a third cheaper!

Six of us stayed at Villa Naxxar in Malta and had a wonderful time. The property was comfortable, well furnished and had a great pool. We would highly recommend it. We also had great support from the owner who was most attentive to our needs.

Having been a customer for 20 years, I've cancelled Prime and decided to no longer give Amazon my business. Every delivery experience in the last year has been terrible - this week an order for two books was left outside in torrential rain in a cardboard box, so £30's worth of books had to be thrown out and a replacement ordered. Yet again the replacement was left outside, with the driver not even ringing the doorbell. Every time the driver has claimed they "handed to resident", which is a lie. Prime isn't a whole lot of use for the items misdelivered to someone the other side of the village instead. Contacting customer support is the infuriating experience you would expect from an outsourced chat bot. When items have been misdelivered, Amazon "allow themselves" several days to investigate, rather than refund or replace. Outside of certain items such as books, Amazon prices aren't even competitive anymore, and involve wading through mountains of tat - I'd rather support my local bookshop, and Argos or most supermarkets are better for household items these days. Well done Amazon, you've lost yet another customer.

They making customer fool.Booked diaper for urgent need,order accepted, payment taken but order cancelled due to wrong address which is baseless because my address is saved in the app.Spoken to customer care in length but no resolution and finally customer care agent disconnected the call.Pl don't expect any support or solution from customer care,they will take your money and will play for several days and refund..

We just had the worst experience with ESPN customer service! They outsource to different countries and the tech people are hard to understand and after an hour and 25 minutes we hung up because she just kept saying checking with my support. Finally we hung up and deleted the app on our tv reloaded it and finally got the fight. She didn’t even tell us to do it. ESPN needs to bring their call system back to the United States or we all need to boycott them. The American people need the jobs!

My mother bought my partner and I a couples membership for Christmas last year and unfortunately we did not have an opportunity to use it before lockdown. with very limited time remaining in 2020 and not all local sites open yet, I doubt we will get much or any use from this gift. I feel that memberships should be extended, by not extending them they are clearly upsetting members and make it unlikely for anyone to renew in future. I have emailed the NT twice with no response. Please listen to your members!
