Why isn't 0 stars an option?!?! This company flat stole my information and tried stealing my money! I spent hours on the phone getting charges removed from a company that I had never even heard of until they started trying to commit fraud!

Surprised by the poor reviews of DSW

Surprised by the poor reviews of DSW. I've ordered lots of shoes/boots online from them over the years, without a hitch. Great selection, fun sales and prices, and ability to quickly accrue useable points. Zero problems getting a refund. In fact, I returned 2 pairs this month (first time I've had to do that, and I chose to visit a local DSW store, for the first time). Both times, cashiers were friendly, handled my return fast, and refunds hit my account quickly. I realize folks will have their own unique experiences. In my case, I have no complaints and I love DSW!

After 28 years as a AT&T client this is how I’M treated

Unfortunately, I see your reviews already have your company in the toilet. I’ve put up with this company since 1996. I called AT@T as I received a memo that my data has expired. I explained to the rep that I had a lot of roll over. But apparently the extra data roll over goes away after 12 months. My new period begins on the 7th so I asked for her to give me 1 GB of data to hold me over since I needed my IPad for business reasons in a couple days. So what does she say. She says that AT@T won’t allow for that request. She can only sell me the unlimited plan. I explained to her that I’ve been paying for 4 lines for over 20 years and have been with them since 1996. I don’t need the unlimited plan. I never will need the unlimited plan. She confirmed that I was indeed with AT@T since 1996 and thanked me for my loyalty. But unfortunately, she was unable to help me unless I switched to unlimited data. AT@T has to be the most incompetent, idiotic company ever to treat a customer that pays their monthly bill like clockwork. Let’s see $145 per month times 12 months times 28 years equals $48,720 that they have made from me. Apparently, loyalty means nothing to these stupid people that don’t have a clue how to retain their most important base of clients. So pay attention all you loyal AT@T clients. If they have no loyalty to me, they could care less about you too. May I suggest that if you have AT@T, you find another carrier as I am now. To all you stock holders of AT@T, is this really a stock you want to hold onto? Apparently. No one taught this new generation of top executives about retention and loyalty base. Maybe a loss of shareholders and customers will make them think again when a long time customer asks for a favor of a $10 GB of data to hold them over until their next billing statement.

Way too expensive not worth it .

Way too expensive not worth it .. what I pay for two lines is ridiculousl I have recently left AT&T … not only are they expensive when they had that quick outage they didn’t compensate anyone and if they did, it was for small amounts other than that they don’t do anything for you. They might give you a seven dollars off of $300 bill but what is that not my cup of tea

Bought an item with 5* reviews( didn know at the time they were all given it for free to review)I bought the item and it wasn't the bestGave an honest 3* in depth review and it got taken down..amazon keep going around in circles. Realised they're supporting these fake reviews hoping I give up asking to have mine reinstated..I have and I won't be renewing my free trial.

Endless amount of time for a death certificate to turn up?

Have ordered a death certificate in May/June for an Irish passport application. It was ages before it was processed but even now it has been posted has failed to arrive after a number of weeks. I have to wait until the 15 August which is just terrible before they will issue another one. Strange how the Irish gov can issue me one within 10 days and that includes the processing!!

Sheila MayI signed up to Buy Me a coffee on the 7th of July and i know that there have been quite a few coffees bought me mostly from my Youtube subscribers, but when i check on my account it says £0, i would have thought after a month it would be showing how much i have had donated, i sent a message via the contact little box asking why it doesn't show how much is in my account and got a reply from a lady called Tina telling me that i have no donations in my account, she asked for the email and URL for my account to check but as in a different country i am in the UK takes a long time to get these things checked just hope they find my Donations i am seriously thinking of deleting the account i do not like how things are working out, when i click on my account it shows all the donations so why are they not showing on buymeacoffees side of things so annoyed, have been in contact again just keeps asking for the same thing over again the URL which i am sick of them asking for i think this is a scam, surely if i can see what coffees i have been bought they can too, another update i received another message from Tina telling me that i have no donations associated with my account, she is now asking for a screenshot of the email i am supposed to have got when a donation was made, as i was not aware that i might get an email and have not received any something is very wrong with my account on BMAC which i have deactivated to stop anyone else sending me donations which are apparently going into oblivion, i just wish all the people who donated to me could get those donations back as they are not in my account, messages take hours to get back to you and i have given up and just taken the loss i would never ever recommend BMAC to anyone..I would love for those who sent me coffees can get their money back because obviously i have not received it...

Want to experience rude, impatient, interruptive customer service agents who could care less about you and are even less informative than their status web page that doesn't provide updates for your application after the first message and says you will get an answer in about 30 days? Call Social Security after 60 days, they'll be more than annoyed enough to tell you to wait 120 days, with more than enough attitude to choke a goat.
