BBB company is worse!

BBB company is worse!! They are also fraudsters and all the businesses under them are scammers. I wrote a review about US Beauty Bazaar and how they defrauded me. Some weeks later BBB sent me a nonsense email telling me I didn't receive my order from US Beauty Bazaar because when the USPS came to deliver the order in my house they didn't find a secure place to leave the order so they returned it back to the sender. And my money has been refunded to me back. Even if I'm staying in the forest then I would understand there was no secure place for USPS to deliver my order. Meanwhile the tracking number the US beauty bazaar sent me was confirmed by USPS that it doesn't exist and it was created by the sender and I didn't even see the refund in my account till now. So why must BBB company support such a defrauding charge. Government needs to stop all those businesses from the system.

You won't get your money back!

They have no phone number to call. I cancelled my subscription the same day they charged me. I had to do an "online chat" explaining I hadn't used the service in over a month (paid last month for nothing). My mother fell and broke her hip, I've been busy taking care of her and spending more money to help her, so I can't afford to be charged again. The "chat" person was extremely rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one would email me.Beware, this is a total ripoff!!!

AI written fake news

This previously reliable source (pre 2020) was bought by a company and subsequently restructured its editorial board to publish false and AI written content favoring their advertisers. Stay away from this scam.

Review of vrbo

Terrible service, still waiting for my deposit.

We booked two nights apartment in London through Vrbo, we paid the rental along with damage deposit on Vrbo website. When we arrived, the house was super dirty on the first sight. The drive way and front were covered by lots of rubbish and one sofa bed. We were not allowed to let in the property as well, because the host said they didn’t receive our deposit. So we showed them a screenshot of our payment details. Finally we got in, the boiler was not working, the washing machine was filthy covered by hair and moles. We have no choice to stay there as it was too late. One month later, I thought I should receive my deposit back, but I did not. I contacted the host and Vrbo several times asking for it, it’s been nearly two months and the host still kept asking me some silly questions like providing my booking details which I have provided a month ago. And Vrbo kept saying they will update the case, and referred me to a property manager. I don’t understand why it is so hard for people to do such easy thing. The payment is very clearly there, I paid the booking with deposit. Vrbo team is helpless. I will never ever suggest anyone to use them.

The map is small and clunky

The map is small, can't be expanded, and move erratically. I guess if you knew exactly where everything was you might be able to find a place near where you're going. But that isn't most people. Finally I have up and went with a competitor with a more functional web sitee.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service, discount codes never work and getting a returns label takes at least 5 emails!

I gave 4 stars because of a system error and incomplete profile setting. Valeria would get 5 stars for her timely response and help.
