Brevo is a comfortable and effiient communication tool. We use it to promote our campaigns. It is easy, it offers a wide range of choices and we are satisfied with the outreach. Also, the people of Brevo have been very helpful when their help was needed. Totaly recommended.

Scott the technician called and sent a message which an appreciated but when he arrived to appointment he did not call. Y contractor was only 3-4 minutes behind but since scott did not communicate, he left the appointment. Terrible service SCOTT! Orange Texas , port arthur texas , beaumont. I called him and messaged home for 35 minutes and he would not reply.

Worst customer service. Lazy and wanna just quickly get off the phone. I had to call 12 times and nothing was ever sorted out. They are horrible customer service (except maybe two from head office). I will never order with them again. Bad system that doesn’t work and you spend all your energy and effort to get what’s rightfully yours. They cheated me on points big time!!!! Never again!

It's about time those employed in local and national government funded administrative positions were paid minimum wage. That should at least start sorting the wheat from the chaff and save us a whole lot of money into the bargain. I couldn't get the ICO to even discuss with me that my (medical) confidentiality had been breached and that (incorrect) rumours had been spread on the back of it. One member of staff even said to me 'there's no smoke without fire.'Marvellous. Very professional.Several years later I discovered that part of the same handful of people who had managed to breach my confidentiality originally (by speaking with my doctor without my knowledge or consent), had also had a few discussions with the ICO - that would be those who protect confidentiality - hence the 'no smoke without fire' wisecrack.Only recently I learned that the Information Commissioner's Office cyber security system had been hacked. What a surprise. Most hackers start with trying to infiltrate the physical i.e. people aspect of the organisation to find a way in to attack the technical systems. My experience shows that this isn't too difficult to do since they will talk to anyone who they believe to have validity and let it sway their personal judgement without actually looking at the facts. Information security doesn't seem to be the ICO's strong point.

I had misplaced my phone so I called Venmo to freeze my account until it was found. Thant was on September 3. I called them right away and said they can un freeze it. Started getting the run around for a week. I was on vacation so I didn't really care and I found my phone. Then I called them and told them it still was not unfrozen they sent it to a specialist. A week later they said they needed a selfie of me with my ID and it would take 3-5 days. the following week it was still not unfrozen, and they need just my photo ID picture, why its with my selfie....Another 3-5 days. So still they have my 3,160.00 going on almost 3 weeks !!No customer service at all they all suck. Really no one gives a shis about anything there. I made a complaint to BBB but that won't get my money back. Looks like I am on Venmo time to get it, can't complain to anyone and no one can help you. TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT EVER USE!!!!!!!!!

Worst customer experience I've had in a long time. Chat queue is crazy long and when they finally get to you they NEVER read the actual reason you reached out then they sign off after waiting 1 minute (and you waiting an hour) and you have to start all over. I have contacted them 5 times now without a resolution of a bug in the app preventing me from doing anything.

I'm absolutely disgusted by Playstation. I had over $300 fraudulently taken from my checking account. Was told I was going to get a refund and my account suspension would be lifted. Only to find out today since I protected my account and called my bank since it was a SATURDAY and playstation was unavailable and the "live chat" kept closing on me. I now have to PAY BACK FRADULENT charges to lift my suspension IN PLAYSTATION GIFTCARDS.All because my bank took money from them for fraud. I am truly disgusted and disappointed in this company. I have 5 playstations in my household. All will be sold except this one and I will be switching to XBOX. Horrible customer service. Unbelievable.

They have no phone number to call. I cancelled my subscription the same day they charged me. I had to do an "online chat" explaining I hadn't used the service in over a month (paid last month for nothing). My mother fell and broke her hip, I've been busy taking care of her and spending more money to help her, so I can't afford to be charged again. The "chat" person was extremely rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one would email me.Beware, this is a total ripoff!!!
