Personal Experience Feedback on D Glamour Beauty SalonI am writing to share my personal experience as a customer at D Glamour Beauty Salon. While I understand that individual results can vary, I personally experienced irritation following the treatment, and my hair felt dry and difficult to manage afterward.The service I availed of was promoted as using “natural” products, which initially appealed to me. However, in my case, the outcome did not align with the expectations set by the advertisement. This leads me to believe that there may be room for improvement in understanding how different hair types respond to certain products and treatments.In industries like beauty and personal care, where clients’ well-being and satisfaction are central, I believe it’s important to ensure that services are tailored to individual needs and that staff are well-informed about the potential effects of the products used. While this may not reflect every customer's experience, I hope my feedback contributes constructively to improving future service delivery.

I spoke with someone back in Dec paid off a old phone that no one was using it was never shut off so I called again in march n they said there is nothing they can do to give me credit I been with ATT about 20 yrs or more n I hate ATT anymore

Be careful when subscribing or when your subscriptions renew. They sign you up for an annual subscription without telling you, then send a renewal email which says " you can cancel any time" but when you try to cancel it then charges you the full year ! Its so dodgy and there is no formal way of making a complaint. I did eventually get them to waive the fee by talking on their virtual support but I can see there are so many complaints about this on the forums and in the US they have been taken to court over this and yet they're still carrying on with it! I really wish there was some formal way of raising this issue, complete scammers.

Very bad we had booked 2 rooms via agoda had a confirmation on the booking and email associated however when we reached around 9 pm the hotel said the booking isn't available and take it up with agoda . Left us stranded all girls in a city of strangers. We recieved a email also from ibis confirming details about the room very disappointed with both parties. Don't recommend to book again. Book at your own risk specially girls travelling by yourselves

I purchased AKG K712 Pro headphones (£215) in October 2024. After developing a known manufacturing defect (left audio failure), I contacted support with extensive evidence of this being a widespread issue.Initially, they suggested a refund would be processed upon return inspection, citing stock issues. This was key to my decision to return the item. However, after receiving the headphones, they unilaterally decided to repair instead, despite:- Previous discussion of refund- Documented history of manufacturing defect- Likelihood of fault recurrence- Initial acknowledgment of stock issuesWhen challenged, they dismissed their previous communications as merely "goodwill" requests, refusing to escalate to management or explain why repair was "the only possible solution."Pros:- Initial communication was prompt- Free return shippingCons:- Misleading communication about resolution- Refused management escalation- Ignored documented manufacturing defect- Changed agreed resolution without consultation- Poor handling of customer concerns- Lack of transparency about repair decisionI would not recommend dealing with this company. They appear cooperative initially but don't follow through on discussed resolutions. Save yourself time and purchase elsewhere.Edit: After speaking to support, they are now continuing actions in bad faith.1. Initial promise of refund, changed to repair2. Subsequent agreement to refund after escalation3. Three weeks of processing delay4. Now attempting to convert refund to store credit without consent (after mentioning they'd refund to the original payment method).

Purchased a flagship Samsung phone. My account, which i haven't used for 4 years, still has my old phone number. When I attempt to change to my current number using their website, it sends a 6 digit code to mt emailWhen I pick up that code and attempt to return to the email demanding that code, it starts all over from tgr beginning. Unable to use ggeue system fir such a simple update of a phone number. When I called customer service, they are unable to help, but offered to walkme though the process which again does not work. Samsung makes nice products but their " customer service " is useless. BEWARE!!!

Packwood house today, 20th April, Arrived on time for booking. Met by a man in a cap who didn't either understand social distancing or the rules of covid. Fortunately we were both wearing medical masks as he leaned towards our car reducing the metre rule as he did. I got the impression that his hearing was not perhaps up to scratch. We have been paid up members of the trust for years. Not impressed with the the way things are rolled out in a reduced lockdown .Even less impressed with the left wing Liberalist attitude of those at the helm engineering the slow destruction of our National Heritage..

We tried your app when building our website back in December and noticed in February we are still getting charged.Our startup is at pre-launch and every $ counts at this stage we reached out to support to ask for a refund for the last 2 months that we didn't use your app and Mark was very helpful and empathic and refunded us the 2 months we didn't use Icons8.We will for sure re-use your services when scaling!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This has been the worst experience ever. I have been having an ongoing issue with Amazon that started June 14. Customer service is horrible. What’s the point of customer service if they don’t do anything? Every customer service agent I’ve talked to has given conflicting answers and has done nothing to help the situation. They only say we’re so sorry you’re having this experience and we value your feedback. If you value the feedback then do better. I ordered an item Wednesday June 11 that was supposed to arrive Friday June 13. I needed it for a last minute event Sunday June 15. I live in the city and have never had a problem with 2 day delivery. However, starting Friday, they started pushing my delivery date out. When contacting Amazon I was given false delivery information. They said I’d receive the item by 8am Sunday the 15th. However, not only did it not ship but when I tried to cancel it, they said I couldn’t because it has already shipped. BUT IT HADNT! They pushed the delivery date to Tuesday June 17 and when it still hadn’t shipped they told me I could get a refund the following day if it didn’t arrive by EOD Wednesday. Not only did they not issue the refund or allow me to request the refund, they pushed delivery to the 20th. When I contacted Amazon, they said they processed the refund. Is anyone surprised that nothing happened no updates were given. It was as if I never spoke to customer service at all. Unfortunately, It arrived June 19th. But I have no need for it. So I did return it as soon as it arrived. Let’s hope they actually do right. Which leads me to my next issue. In that same order I ordered another item that fortunately came on time but unfortunately didn’t fit. I returned it the day it arrived, Thursday June 12. However, not only is Amazon not allowing me to track the return but the first time I contacted customer service about the tracking not updating, they sent me a tracking slip with confirmation that it arrived at the seller on June 16. When recontacting customer service on why my account is still saying I need to return the item, the rep I spoke to said for security reasons they can’t provide any form of tracking and that I just need to trust that it was returned to Amazon. Very conflicting resolutions and very disappointing and frustrating. Customer service at Amazon is a joke and crappy. They have done nothing beneficial or to actually resolve any of my issues. Very upset and contemplating deleting my account, not that I’m that big of a difference but this is just a horrible experience that shouldn’t be an experience

Its unfortunate that they can't find one of the many peaceful and inclusive organizations that truly support minority communities by providing positive economic, medical and educational opportunities. I brought this to their attention and stated that I would not purchase from them until they removed their public support for BLM. I never received any reply and have found that they have suspended my login indefinitely. I guess you can add censorship and cancel-culture now. I'm going to spend my money where it truly supports unity and positive support.
