Absolutely amazing products and even better customer service! Had a shipping issue and Shapeways were not only so kind as to assist and follow up with the various shipping companies - but even organised a replacement print when no headway was made there. So very impressed - love this company!

I bought two shavers, one a travel model. The home shaver is a real pain to charge as it did not come with a two pronged lead which is what is in most bathrooms.Instead I have to walk to a different room which has a charging point. We should be given a choice.

Can't log on to the Government Gateway, trying to print a form instead to reclaim Stamp Duty and get this message 'This HM Revenue & Customs web service is currently unavailable. We apologise for this inconvenience.'It was down all day yesterday as well. Unbelievably poor service and now face an hour+ to try to talk to someone who will be aggressive & unhelpful.

There is no customer service. We paid for upgrade storage for our company and we received no help when needed it. We had a snow storm in Maine and it took them 3 weeks to get any help which still did not resolved our issue! There is 855-237-6726 but they wont help you. This is a sale phone # that only will accept call for new accounts!

Don’t trust them, the description was lies. I ordered a set of 11 books with digital cards. 1 1 book arrived in the mail. No digital cards! When I called they informed me that I had to return it. They said I had to mail it back. It cost more to mail than the book was worth! Then they told me they never received the return. So I’m out the money, because they lied then lied again!

They don’t base company ratings on customer satisfaction, but upon successful delivery of a product. It could be poorly packaged and beaten to hell, but there is no method for the buyer to indicate the seller’s mistreatment of the product. I recently tried to reach out to a seller, who was supposedly local but had shipped a product from the other side of the country, about an issue with the product they sent. I received an automatic response apologizing that my order wasn’t delivered (even though I’d never suggested that to be the case). Don’t even consider buying new books through this site.
