There is no customer service. We paid for upgrade storage for our company and we received no help when needed it. We had a snow storm in Maine and it took them 3 weeks to get any help which still did not resolved our issue! There is 855-237-6726 but they wont help you. This is a sale phone # that only will accept call for new accounts!
