After cancelling an event on Eventbrite because of covid, Eventbrite unjustly issued refunds to my company instead of issuing them to the ticket purchasers. When trying to get in contact with Eventbrite to understand what happened, they have made it so difficult to contact them. I've jumped through multiple hoops trying to talk to someone that can help. Instead, I keep getting directed to online pages with no help. I've tried talking to their online chat, which is extremely unhelpful too as they did the exact same thing.Extremely disappointed with your customer service.

After many months trying to get issues resolved re Nest doorbell and linking it to our Google hub, I finally managed to find a response on line that was able to help me reset everything and finally get it to work. All is well right now. I only wish there was a way to actually speak to a human being rather than have to go through all the detailed info given through Google Home app. Would make it a lot easier for people like me who are not 100% techies.

This review is for a Nest/ Google thermostat I have excellent internet but it fails to connect every time I use it . Also heating turns on or stays on when not programmed . Interface of controls not straightforward. Can not have 2 heat zones, so cannot set underfloor heating to come on earlier . Scheduling of heating is in a tiny tiny font, and not easy to understand. No instructions . Online help basic . Avoid .

Being a faithful Fry's customer for over 20 years, when my car broke down, I decided to try their delivery option. 10 minutes prior to the end of the delivery windows, I got a text saying that the order was canceled! No reason, just canceled.The best part, the REFUND of MY $will be 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS! This order was placed Friday evening, leaving me with NO MONEY OR FOOD FOR A WEEK! The supervisor said the could apply an INSTORE or DELIVERY CREDIT of $30 to my Fry's card for the inconvenience. What makes them even THINK I would try delivery again!???Why not credit my ENTIRE ORDER, since you left me broke with no food?!!!THIS POLICY IS UNACCEPTABLE!I will now be looking to SPROUTS as my go to store.

I called to explain that I had decided not to attend school this term and called to get a refund once I saw the charge. They refused to refund even though there was no activity on the account. The company is not considerate of its customers to rectify this issue!

Tiktok is taking down videos with false accusations and steals creators money. You can’t even reply to ur friends comment with a middle finger emoji without being flagged while others who obviously attack people online are accepted by tiktok. They are ignoring privacy settings and reading messages in Telegram. Don’t let ur children use this app!

BUYER BEWARE WHEN ORDERING FROM LG.COM. I ordered an LG Instaview french door refrigerator a few days ago and I was supposed to get delivery today. At about 3:00PM the delivery company in my 27587 area notified me that the refrigerator was damaged and gave me a choice to return for a replacement which I agreed to. I circled back with LG order support and was told that LG.COM does not issue replacements. They would issue me a refund and I could reorder. The refund approval would take 48 hours and the refund would be issued 10-14 days. SO NOW I AM OUT OF $4200 and out of a refrigerator for a minimum of 16 days plus lead time of another 14 days on a new order plus FINGERS CROSSED that the second one does not arrive broken. THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING. A LOCAL RETAILER WITH IN-STOCK ITEMS may be a better choice.FYI...I also received an email later in the day indicating the item was delivered. Had to call LG again. They asked me to ignore the "automated" email.

He worked it thoroughly until realizing it needed to be escalated in order to truly figure out why I was having continued issues.
