After cancelling an event on Eventbrite because of covid, Eventbrite unjustly issued refunds to my company instead of issuing them to the ticket purchasers. When trying to get in contact with Eventbrite to understand what happened, they have made it so difficult to contact them. I've jumped through multiple hoops trying to talk to someone that can help. Instead, I keep getting directed to online pages with no help. I've tried talking to their online chat, which is extremely unhelpful too as they did the exact same thing.Extremely disappointed with your customer service.
