After many months trying to get issues resolved re Nest doorbell and linking it to our Google hub, I finally managed to find a response on line that was able to help me reset everything and finally get it to work. All is well right now. I only wish there was a way to actually speak to a human being rather than have to go through all the detailed info given through Google Home app. Would make it a lot easier for people like me who are not 100% techies.
