I even wonder if it's worth to write areview and if anybody at ATT cares....Poor, ignorant and abusive customer service all in all. Everytime I deal with them I have to take half aday off of work! They keep you on hold for hours, promise to call you back if disconnected and nobody calls back....I am trying to return 2 trade in phones for a month now!!! each customer agent tells me different promises and claims, and I am still being charged for the devices!!! Today I found out for the first time that there is a "trade in department", but they just closed for the day when i was transferred to them.... This was after 2 hours of being on the line with a representative!! It looks like the people that work there do not have any authority or any knowledge of any issues, and they are just reading from a script a few sentences that they are 'allowed" to say!!! I am so tired dealing with them.... I wonder if anybody will bother to get back to me.

I’ve been a loyal Amazon Prime member for several years now, and I’ve always appreciated the convenience and efficiency of their delivery service. However, my recent experiences have left me quite disappointed.Over the past month, I’ve encountered multiple instances where my packages have not been delivered within the promised timeframe. On several occasions, I received notifications that my items were out for delivery, only to have them rescheduled or marked as delayed without any clear explanation. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing especialy as ive been unable to escalte this problem with anyone within Amazon. I am now at the point of considering using anyone else but Amazon.

I was really happy with my Nest Thermostat (3rd Gen). After a year it developed a fault and was under warranty. I thought it would be just a case of ordering a spare part (a heat-link) and getting my boiler tech to install it. Over a week later I still have no heating control and can't get an answer. The disappointment is enhanced when you feel that you have brought into a premium brand but the customer service feels like it is designed to stop you getting in support, even when it is in order to get them to fulfill a legitimate obligation. At the moment I would warn people against getting a Nest Thermostat.

Tfl run by some evil people They create new rules to put extra pressure on public They create website so people can't get enough information so they can use force they have, from public to use on public. Has anyone noticed congestion charge and now Ulez to check online if you not sure?no. You just pay even if you have not been in area and they keep that money.Smart way of robbing public.I worked private hire driver during pandemic Had lot of negative issues but couldn't get any support or even advice.But now it's been few months trying to renew my license without any income but they ignored.I have severe depression and anxiety disorder keep getting worse because of them.

This company is basically stealing our money.As per previous comments, they are no longer paying out disbursement since mid-February and holding on to thousands of pounds of our hard-earned sales.Support is non-existent, no phone number to speak with any real person, in fact, it's like they have deliberately set it up so you can never speak to a human. They don't answer support tickets which have been open for weeks.If your using this as your credit/debit card gateway disable it on your site NOW!! and stop giving them your money.THIS COMPANY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!
