Has anyone noticed congestion charge and now Ulez to check online if you not sure?no. You just pay even if you have not been in area and they keep that money.Smart way of robbing public.I worked private hire driver during pandemic Had lot of negative issues but couldn't get any support or even advice.But now it's been few months trying to renew my license without any income but they ignored.I have severe depression and anxiety disorder keep getting worse because of them.
