I ordered a copy of a book on the website but when it arrived it turned out to be a German text! The fact that it was a German edition was NOT indicated on the website listing for the book. I was promised that the return postage would be refunded and confirmed that in writing. They asked for, and I sent, documentation on the return postage cost twice but the company still refuses to pay as promised. IF POSSIBLE I WOULD GIVE ABE BOOKS A RATING OF ZERO STARS. The company is dishonest and incompetent. AVOID ABE BOOKS AT ALL COSTS!

My internet kept dropping out so I rang Telstra asking for assistance. I got 7 or 8 foreign sounding people ringing me up asking me time and time again for my personal details, yet they never resolved the issue. All they said to me was to get my computer checked otherwise they would charge me $240 for a Telstra technician to come out to my place. They did not make the best attempt to step me through the problem and tell me what to do. I believe Telstra's customer service team is more interested in meeting their KPIs rather than providing a service. Despite not fixing my phone and internet properly one of the customer service people said that they were going to increase how much they charged me in about 6 months time too. They also did not want to work around me, and said that they would ring at any time. No wonder Aussie Broadband is getting more business because the customer service is superior and our personal information is being kept onshore. I will be switching to Aussie Broadband because it has taken months dealing with this issue and nothing has improved.Saw the message below and I am not going to bother. Finally I found someone at Telstra with some nouse who helped me. Also why are you saying to contact your FB page, for all I know the person I could be speaking to could be in a different jurisdiction.

I am on a premium paid account. I was on my regular activity. out of the blue, they restricted my account and I COULDN'T even access my conversations with my connections. My LINKEDIN PROFILE DISAPPEARED with justification or explanation. I have been trying to get a response from their support team and they ghosted me with no explanation or responses so far. Checking various alternatives because it seems this is not a reliable resource any longer.

A YOUTUBE EMPLOYEE SHOT TRAFFIC ON MY BLOG THEN LIED AND SAID I SPAMMED HE TORE DOWN MY WEBPAGES AND HAS BROKEN BOTH MY BLOGGERS SO I CAN'T USE THE ELEMENTS IN SETTINGS. I HAVE SCREEN SHOTS OF THE DAMAGE ON BOTH BLOGSI CAN'T ALTER CODE OR USE ANY ELEMENTS IN THE LAYOUT. I CAN'T DO ANYTHING HE ALSO BLOCKED MY ROBOT TEXT FROM MY PAGES BEING INDEXED ON BOTH OF MY BLOGGERS.GOOGLE AND YOUTUBE PROVIDE NO COMMUNICATION OR WAY TO CONTACT THEM OR MAKE A COMPLAINT. IT MIGHT NOT MATTER SINCE THOSE PEOPLE LIE ALL THE TIME. BUT DAMAGING BLOGS IS UNCALLED FOR! RIP OFF REPORT HAS A REPORT AND THE IMAGES. TO MUCH ABUSE FROM ONLINE COMPANIES!

this is the worst company ever. You never get hold of them and if you do anything, I’ve just had a complete conversation with them. Show you they won’t do anything there or disgraceful people to be flooded robbed and someone and don’t do nothing even though you go to all different authorities and still nothing can anybody suggest anything? I suggest really looking for another company to do your searches with as this one is completely disgraceful useless.
