I love working with this app. I can design a professional CV and Cover Letter for free and I get ideas with designs. I created logos with great ideas from the app. Very easy to handle for everyone with basic design skills. You can just save your work and download it for free whenever you change something. I highly recommend it.

The really negative reviews I see confuse me. I haven't had to provide any information to access the articles I've read. They seem to be balanced and carefully written to avoid an "adamant" stance, so that anyone reading the article knows they also need to read other stuff. They use articles published in peer-reviewed journals as resources. The articles are very readable, making them more accessible. In general, I've been very pleased, as they give me insight that I can then verify with other resources.

At first great experience. Fast and easy transfer of payments to friends. Then while trying to figure out how to add another account this app totally shut down my phone. When trying to turn my phone back on not only were all my app icons gone but my phone would shut off after a few seconds. No way to call for assistance. And trying to get help from Verizon was beyond frustrating due to Covid. In Venmo's defense they did return an email once I was able to use my phone again but none of their suggestions answered or solved my problems. Have deleted the app and reviewing alternatives.

They keep cramming unwanted features into the app that cannot be disabled, while completely neglecting decades old issues, like not having lyrics included. The involuntary introduction of podcasts into the MUSIC app was the final straw. Their online community is a dumpster fire of reps pretending to care about your concern and marking your issue as resolved when it is not resolved.

I urgently needed to refund a customer, but Braintree locked me out of my account due to two-step verification sending a code to an old phone number I no longer use. They don’t offer the option to receive the code by email, which is just poor planning — people change numbers!Worse, there’s no phone number to call for immediate support. I contacted PayPal (their parent company), and they were completely unhelpful — they gave me a number that belongs to BA instead. I then emailed Braintree support, only to get a reply that the email is no longer monitored and to use their help form.Guess what? The help form requires your merchant ID… which I can’t access because I can’t log in. Ridiculous.This is incredibly poorly organised, and now I’m stuck with an unhappy customer waiting for a refund I can’t process. Before you join Braintree, think twice. Their customer support is practically nonexistent, and they clearly don’t prioritise merchants’ needs.I can only hope someone from their team reads this and actually reaches out to help.

I was promised that the return postage would be refunded and confirmed that in writing. They asked for, and I sent, documentation on the return postage cost twice but the company still refuses to pay as promised. IF POSSIBLE I WOULD GIVE ABE BOOKS A RATING OF ZERO STARS.
