My parcel came empty.Yesterday i received a parcel and nothing was in it. So i contacted zara for help. Today they got back to me and said (despite the photo i sent them) that it was nothing to do with them and insinuated that i must be lying about my order not being in the bag. This is extremely unprofessional and a massive inconvenience. Nothing I have ever experienced from a brand before.Luckily I have a large following on Instagram and TikTok so I will be sharing my story on there and raising awareness of this shocking customer service.
