Not sure what's going on at R2. I really liked listening to it but now:Zoe Ball..absolutely lovely..but her show is just a never ending round of promos. If not invited guests, then BBC self-promoting..constant referencing to each other's shows, iplayer, TV programmes and as for Leicester..every 5 minutes before, during and even after. Don't even get me started on Traitors!Vernon Kay..not badJeremy Vine..love his style but some of the topics are just daft..and sometimes repeated (e.g. American Bully dog registration..)Scott Mills..fine in his own right, but never in a million years as good as Steve Wright. Bring Steve back in the weekday scheduling! The Birthday Game is lame.Sara Cox..a diamond..slightly whacky which I love! But the 'half-wower'? Just isn't..whoever is choosing the tracks, it's a switch off moment.As with many radio stations, R2 seems to have it's fav. artists/tracks that are excessively overplayed..until recently, 'Houdini'. Just irritating to have to reach for the mute button..I think we all know how to use the mic on WhatsApp now. We know we can listen-back, pause and rewind in BBC Sounds. It's getting dull. Just play some music.At least they have Rylan!

As a AMAZON PRIME member I have spent a fortune with AMAZON over the years and have never ever returned anything however I recently ordered a pair of Sketchers trainers in a size 9 and on delivery I received a size 10 I assumed this was just a dispatch error and so returned the trainers via Royal mail and ordered another pair of the same trainers in a size 9 again on receipt I received a size 10 and so again I returned the trainers via Royal mail.However despite returning both pairs of trainers I was charged £60.20 for ( despite having no trainers)Thinking it was just am admin error I contacted Amazon customer service and explained the situation and was re-credited with £60.20 only for the money to be deducted again a few days later so again I contacted Amazon customer service re-explained the situation and again was re-credited with £60.20 .... only for £60.20 to be deducted a few days later so again I contacted Amazon customer service and re-re-explained that I had returned the trainers via Royal Mail that I was not in receipt of the trainers as the wrong size had been dispatched again I was advised that my account would be re-credited with £60.20 which it was only to be deducted on the same day!!!,... you could not make this up.It seems purchasing goods from Amazon is fine as long as you don't want to return anything then your in a world of aggravation and expense.As Amazon clearly are not able to resolve this issue to my satisfaction I am now going to go to my bank and raise a chargeback, £60.20 may not be a lot of money to Mr Bezos but in the " real world" it is to me!!

I was looking for a toy for my nephew and stumbled upon a puzzle.I've visited the website of these guys to buy it - the main page of the product showed a few screenshots and a quick description which gave the impression of the toy. So far so good - I've purchased it.A week later when I received it, it appeared that it's only a part of the whole toy and that I have to purchase the rest which doubled the price and was way beyond of what I'd expect.So I've contacted them for a refund on the same day.They've refused saying something like "we won't be able to sell it to anyone else as it’s a ‘unique assemble’ ” (really?? You are selling the same toy on your website to multiple people!!)But they've changed their mind right after I've opened a dispute on PayPal providing the evidences of the misleading selling page of the toy.Via PayPal they've asked me to return the purchase to get the refund. But the return shipping price was on me!)I've sent it back (recording a quick video of me packing it back as it already started to look very suspicious)It was expected to receive the toy by them within a week. But I waited for a bit longer - 4 weeks since then and a complete silence. No evidence of them processing the case further.After reaching out to them again directly via email the response was - “we don’t provide refunds”WHAT???And you know what - it appeared that there was no way for me to do anything on PayPal as it was in the "waiting for the seller to confirm the return" state. And they were trying to take advantage of that: it was clear now that they didn't intend to confirm that at all. This is so ridiculous.Now they have the toy and my money.The only way for me to proceed was to contact my bank directly to report fraud as well as to report these guys to all financial institution for what they do.Only after sending them this warning they've marked the case on PayPal as resolved and refunded all the money.At the end I've wasted almost 2 months and the money to send the toy back.Learned one more time - stick to amazon as you never have to mess with stuff like that there. Or at least read the reviews first to prepare yourself.JUST STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS!

They just don't care for the users.I have done open source contributions that doesn't matter to them!They used automatic bots to ban accounts quickly but on the other side, support is very pathetic. Not only are there regional blackouts (as on other streaming services), there is a ton of content that is cable-only. I’m only able to watch about 35% of the things I want to on ESPN+Overall, I feel that ESPN is a leech on the sports watching world and that I’m better off pirating streams and giving my computer irreparable viruses than trying to fight with this god foresaken service

On March 27, 2025, 666.19 DKK was withdrawn from my bank account by Suno without my authorization. I have never signed up for any Suno service, subscription, or account, and I did not approve this transaction in any way. Despite contacting both my bank and Suno’s support team multiple times, I have received no explanation for how this charge occurred and no refund.Suno support was slow to respond and ultimately could not find any subscription or account linked to my email addresses. Nevertheless, the unauthorized charge was not refunded, and my bank dispute was rejected. I repeatedly explained my situation and provided all relevant information, but Suno failed to take responsibility or provide any real solution.This incident has caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I still have no idea why the money was withdrawn or what it supposedly covers. I expected a much higher standard of transparency, accountability, and customer care from a company like Suno.
