HARASSMENT/RACISM -SECURITY TEAM/EXECUTIVE TEAM AS WELL

I am writing today to complain of the Poor Service I received from your Security Staff on "Freedom of the Seas" from October 23rd, 2023 - October 27th, 2023.On day 1 of the cruise I encountered harassment that continued throughout the entire length of the cruise. Day 2 of the cruise, I went down to the front desk/customer service desk and presented the staff with my harassment issues coming from an unknown cruise patron. I was told by the front desk staff that they would notify the security staff and they would contact me. Day 3, I was not contacted by security staff so I once again went to the front desk and was told I would be contacted that same day. Day 4, I went down to the front desk and asked to speak to the Head of Security and waited for an extended period of time in which the front desk staff apologized for the extended wait time. Upon the Security Manager approaching me, I felt his negative vibe and still I had a positive attitude even though I was clearly upset. He took my statement and stated that the reason that his staff had not addressed my issue was because there were probably more important issues than mine on the boat and they took precedence over mine. I immediately felt the RACISM that was present from him and I watched as he addressed other SPANISH/LATIN patrons with respect and concern when dealing with their issues. My ethnicity as an African American woman made my situation unimportant to him which was clear to see on this boat especially since the other party was believed to be of Spanish descent which 70% of the boat seemed to be. THIS BEHAVIOR is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. I asked the Security Supervisor to review the cameras and to have the patron reprimanded for the harassing behavior and at first was told no cameras are in the area even though I can clearly see them. After I stated that there are cameras in the hallways and I know they could see the culprit doing these acts, then the Security Supervisor said he would look into it; however, his response was condescending and I could tell nothing would come of this.As a Cruise Patron, I followed all of the protocols of how an issue onboard any Cruise Line should be addressed and was completely ignored by the group of individuals who are supposed to assure my safety onboard a ship (Security Staff). Protocols that I followed were: 1) Report inappropriate behavior to Cruise Staff, and 2) If the issue is not acknowledged and the behavior continues, speak to a supervisor.I found it deeply upsetting that there were multiple situations on the boat that were clearly RACIST against me. I did not come on a cruise to be harassed and treated so poorly by employees of Royal Caribbean as well as patrons of the cruise ship who I still do not know. This was the WORST CRUISE (yet alone BIRTHDAY CRUISE) that I have ever been on and I expect Royal to try to rectify this situation.Received a response from Nicole Toro/Michael Bayley and was told "sorry that this happened" but other than that there would be no rectifying the situation with a refund or voucher. ABSOLUTELY AVOID ROYAL CARIBBEAN AS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT RACISM OR HARASSMENT THAT THEIR PATRONS RECEIVE WHILE VACATIONING ON THEIR SHIPS. DISAPPOINTED IN THEM AND WILL ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO PATRONIZE NORWEGIAN OR CARNIVAL AS THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR PATRONS.

What a trash service. If you're looking for a good app that never glitches and always works certainly do not get Hulu. Everyday I have to force stop Hulu or restart my TV to get it to work. Absolute trash app. If I could give it zero stars I would.

He advised me to upload my resume or indicate my preferences on the Dashboard. Then I found that my resume is still on the website. He said he will engage the technical team to fix this issue. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. My cancellation during the trial period went wrong. Just days after the period I found out because they charged my card. After multiple attempts to cancel the subcription and request a refund of the subscription fee of one year, they repeatedly refused with absolutely no understanding of the situation. Unbelievable that a company treats anyone like this and tries to make money this way. Disgusting.

Shopify Then & Shopify Now; How to Lose a Lot of $$$!

I used Shopify when it first came out and it was awesome! Came back to it with the last two sites and have been horribly disappointed. Customer support is clueless and atrocious. The support team then tries to blame an app or an integration (in this case Authorize.net) for the issue when it's not them. I had Authorize.net on the phone with me and they hear the call and we'd already proven the integration was not the issue.Over 4 hours and our site is still not operational. Clients can still not process orders. Shopify still refuses to acknowledge a problem. And I'm only one of many I fear that have this same issue today. And Shopify has not bothered to tell anyone.This makes moving to another platform look better and better especially with the ridiculously high fees that Shopify charges for everything now.If you can, try something else. You'll spend a ton of money and your site will still be exposed to hacking (happened last year to hundreds of Shooify sites that they never mentioned) or not processing orders as is happening now.

Appalling company. Have struggled with their 'help' for years. No option to downgrade your subscription online.Quote: Review the downgrade options for your product below. CAUTION: You can't downgrade Accounting to a lower tier at this time, this is coming soon. (Aka never)Spoke to person over telephone (takes them nearly a week to contact you) they just try to justify their rates. Don't be fooled by Sage rates- they're constantly increasing, with the new rate from March set to £47per month!!!No loyalty rewards or incentives to stay, yet all new comers are offered 6 months completely free.I don't mind paying for a service, but when it's actually good!

Ordered first item on Etsy - which I regret. The item was a Christmas present and I have never received it. I have contacted the seller and have received no response - complete sham. I have send messages to Etsy and do not get a response - Etsy App will not allow me to open a case. The shop is still on Etsy taking people's money and not sending products (as other customer feedback confirms). The Etsy protection promise is just words - avoid platform

A Positive Experience!

What a positive experience! I participated in Ancestry.com so I could learn more about my paternal history. I wasn't disappointed. I confirmed what I already knew, and learned a few things I didn't. I plan to enroll in a membership so more information will be accessible. I also appreciate the timely updates I received on my DNA sample processing. Thank you.
