I used Shopify when it first came out and it was awesome! Came back to it with the last two sites and have been horribly disappointed. Customer support is clueless and atrocious. The support team then tries to blame an app or an integration (in this case Authorize.net) for the issue when it's not them. I had Authorize.net on the phone with me and they hear the call and we'd already proven the integration was not the issue.Over 4 hours and our site is still not operational. Clients can still not process orders. Shopify still refuses to acknowledge a problem. And I'm only one of many I fear that have this same issue today. And Shopify has not bothered to tell anyone.This makes moving to another platform look better and better especially with the ridiculously high fees that Shopify charges for everything now.If you can, try something else. You'll spend a ton of money and your site will still be exposed to hacking (happened last year to hundreds of Shooify sites that they never mentioned) or not processing orders as is happening now.
