Unbelievably disappointing experience. We've been going back and forth with support for over a month now about unexplained charges for WhatsApp credits, despite not using them. For two months, everything worked perfectly. Then, without any change on our end, we suddenly started incurring an additional 50€/month in unused credits. Support has been unable to explain or resolve this issue, which is frustrating and unacceptable, especially after we've invested time and resources migrating all our systems and processes to Brevo. Switching to another platform now will be an operational nightmare.We are deeply dissatisfied with the service and lack of accountability.

The BBc asked me to do a survey after i completed the survey i received an email which stated ( We’ll keep it for up to 270 days – and if we don’t use it we’ll then delete it ) these are the exact worked using cut and paste. My take on this statement is if we don't like the answers we wont use it.The BBc are influencers, manipulators, sexist and racist fat cats and have a history of covering up crimes . the BBc is State television which we have to pay for while the poorest in society have to choose between eat or heat shame on them and us for accepting it .

worst service ever !! Im in Thailand all my friends either had a ESIM card or their Carrier gave them either free days or signed them up for a one month international plan at a very good price .AT&T Does neither ! You can NOT get a intl plan you have to pay 12.99 a Day! You can NOT use a SIM card, AT&T Carrier will not allow it unless your phone is paid off and even then only certain ones .. so I have to pay 190.00 for 2 week vacation. And they said today counted because I called THEM!! would not even credit me for calling them .. They just want you to give more money to them!! I’m a Realtor in Washington and since I switched , I can’t tell you how bad the service is , literally showing a house in the city and No service !! embarrassing to clients !! switching carriers as soon as I get Back !! Horrible Company!

Been using Nokia since 3310 model and it still is the best mobile phone brand for me. Although there have been better options I am really satisfied with my Nokia 8.1 right now. It has the right size, good battery life, good camera and it's fast. What more can you ask for?

I AM SO SICK OF THIS COMPANY. They know they have a monopoly so they refuse to make a product that actually works. I have a brand new $3k 23gb top of the line artists/gaming computer and this absolute junk program keeps crashing my entire system to black screen. It's not my computer, this NEVER happens with any other programs. I've been a loyal adobe user for FIFTEEN YEARS and it gets worse and worse. Customer service either hangs up on me or just wipes the whole program, totally ruins my workflow and costs me hours of work. It crashes non stop every time I have to work. I HATE YOU ADOBE you morally bankrupt POS company. I wish I could rate negative stars.

Hootsuite engages in fraudulent behavior. If you try to cancel your membership it “doesn’t go through” I’ve contacted the company every month for 3 months after my cancellation and they keep charging me. After numerous requests I talked directly to Hootsuite Accounts Payable and they refuse to send me a Cancelation in writing. I have sent Cancel requests via email, Chat box, tech support (phone) and by talking on the phone. Lastly their incompetent Technical Support is awful! Do not use this company unless you want to pay them forever for a sub par product.

I am a regular customer of Bol.com and I do not have any complaints with the site itself.However, they use post.nl for their deliveries which service has become a joke. They throw the packages wherever they want, there is no accountability if the package is lost and you have to ask all your neighbours in a building of 80 apartments if someone has seen it.Last example and that is why I leave this review, I ordered an item on 07/08/23 which was supposedly delivered on 08/08/23 in their system. Of course I did not find it and noone else has seen it. Today I found another order of mine in the corridor that was supposed to come today so it is not like they kept both items to deliver them together. So I chatted with the Customer Service, I explained the situation and they basically told me that maybe post.nl employee scanned earlier that product and maybe it will come the next days. Also I had to wait until 16/08 in order to be able to cancel my order cause they cannot make an investigation as the item is under 25 EUR. First time I hear these excuses and the worse part is that this person named Johnelle, when I complained that this is not acceptable and I will make further complaint, she used terms such as "suit yourself" which is ridiculous for customer service. If that is the way, Bol.com wants to treat the customers, then we will take our business somewhere else. What they need to do, is actually go to post.nl as a huge site they are and make a case for the way we receive (if we receive) our packages.

My street legal 4 seater side by side stalled on me on a busy highway during memorial day weekend. I immediately had someone come pick me up to get off the highway. I got home called AAA they told me I needed to return to stalled vehicle to drop a pin for location because giving them the description was not enough. I returned to the busy highway to drop location, the area does not have the best service so the link for drop that they sent would not work. They would hang up informing me they could not hear me. After 4 different calls and 4 different receptionist and 2 hours of being stranded on the side of a highway they came back and told me they could not tow an ATV. I told then it was street legal and had a license plate. Placed on hold again, they came back and said it is not a passenger vehicle and they could not tow. I again informed them this is a r seat street legal side by side, at this point we decided to give up. I called a local tow company and spent 3 min on the phone to resolve the issue. Costomer service here is absolutely garbage

If I could do less I would. So ice had an account for over 20yrs and I was informed that my account was restricted to digital only. They said because I had to many returns. They said another account but even my own account couldn't provide evidence. I requested data info as per your rights. Guess what I could prove return were 1 items in around last 3yrs. No other accounts under my emails so no factual write to MD UK Punted to same old dept who are untouchable, can't speak nothing refused now because I ended up deleting my account as I don't use digital so I gave up. MD doesn't bother. Sorry no evidence to support. Should be some 3rd party that deal with those companies. Citizen advise trading standards not interested.
