My street legal 4 seater side by side stalled on me on a busy highway during memorial day weekend. I immediately had someone come pick me up to get off the highway. I got home called AAA they told me I needed to return to stalled vehicle to drop a pin for location because giving them the description was not enough. I returned to the busy highway to drop location, the area does not have the best service so the link for drop that they sent would not work. They would hang up informing me they could not hear me. After 4 different calls and 4 different receptionist and 2 hours of being stranded on the side of a highway they came back and told me they could not tow an ATV. I told then it was street legal and had a license plate. Placed on hold again, they came back and said it is not a passenger vehicle and they could not tow. I again informed them this is a r seat street legal side by side, at this point we decided to give up. I called a local tow company and spent 3 min on the phone to resolve the issue. Costomer service here is absolutely garbage
