Just been given a half price discount card from WH smith. Valid from Mon 11 June 2118 to Sun 1 Sept 2118. When the Sunday mirror costs £1.60 on a Sunday now only 80p with my discount card. I think its a great idea has a regular reader will be making the most of it. Only problem is it's only valid in WH smiths stores.

The product itself isn't horrible, but the process of getting a refund and cancelling is absolutely asinine. I was connected to someone relatively quickly but then had to state at least 4 times that I just wanted to cancel and not be charged a cheaper rate for the same product. If you're fine paying far too much and just dealing with it, this works well. If you want cheap and good customer service, choose something else.

I have been overall satisfied with the products. Also with the return policy. However, when it comes to delivery issues, they wash their hands and send you to contact the company behind it. Furthermore, the delivery dates appear to be wrong most of the times in the website order and this last time I was not even notified about it. Leaving me waiting a whole day for nothing when I was already expecting the product sinceI really need it. And this has not been the first time.

Very shady. I’m in USA. Received $220 defective item that I was fine with exchanging. But their system doesn’t do that, so I purchased the same item again at $220 in full faith they would be as reputable as Amazon USA or Amazon UK. Nope, they make you pay out of pocket to return only and only reimburse up to $90 and they require you to only use DHL. Well, DHL is $150 to ship back out of pocket. Tell me, HOW SHADY IS THAT? How is this allowed to be called “Amazon”. Why is there no Amazon “Corporate” that can handle company world wide issues in order to maintain their quality of service and values? If I were well off, I would just eat this cost and call it a day. I’m now $450 in the hole and can’t sell the defective item for same purchase price. I’m going to post this all over the internet so people know, do not trust Amazon. Just because it says “Amazon”, the same quality of service and basic fairness is not respected or to be trusted. Only option with all this is more headache to do a credit card cancel charge due to seller fraud

Diabolical CompanyAs a Business owner, TripAdvisor is by far the worst company out there.We have a average review on our page that is clearly ment for a Restaurant 2km from us. The review states they had Fillet Steak and Trout. We do not serve those dishes. As TripAdvisor to correct this and was told they are happy it's correct. They clearly Did Not look at my page and menu to confirm this.It's about time TripAdvisor was monitored or research disputes professionally.Diabolical Company.

I rang the Telegraph this afternoon after having no reply to my email of September 23rd complaining of our inability to access the crosswords in the new app. The response I got was basically "tough luck".We have been readers of the Telegraph for nearly 50 years, and subscribers for over 20 of them.When our newsagent closed we became subscribers to the the website and app.Each day, I attempt the crossword on my tablet and my wife does so later on hers. Since the changes in September , only one of us can do so, as a "completed" indication appears on her machine. Our son has used his computer knowledge to get round the problem, but even he had to admit defeat. My 'phone call today to the Telegraph digital department brought no solution: we will just have to put up with it! To make matters worse, the new "improved" crossword app is dreadful: what happened to "if it ain't broke don't fix it".Our subscription is due for renewal at the end of the month and we are seriously considering not continuing with the Telegraph. It must be sorted out or many long standing subscribers will be jumping ship.
