This company has crossed a line from aggressive marketing to stalking in my opinion. They trolled a Microsoft forum then after reading comments about dissatisfaction connected those comments with my account and contacted me. The username on the Microsoft forum was anonymised. Second they are sending out emails to activate paid features that deliberately look like user requests. Presumably hoping to trick (probably small business owners, into turning on costly services. They structure their metrics in a way that means you can’t easily get an idea of usage, limiting you to one month at a time. Finally they call my personal phone number when they want to get in touch with me. Despite numerous requests to remove it, which is a violation of GDPR. One of the shadiest, most unethical, predatory companies I’ve ever dealt with. If you haven’t started with them yet, RUN.
