Avoid using this company. I hired a car through this company and was charged twice for the pleasure. You are provided with a voucher to give the hire company at the destination. The hire company were unable to provide the car I hired or equivalent but I accepted the car they offered me. It was returned without any issues.Following this I was then charged again for the the same car hire. Customer services are a joke and very very unprofessional. They have no clue what they are doing. Just told the issue has been passed on and wait.I am now having to take this company to small claims to get my money backPlease do not use this company. There are many other sites that offer the same service but give great customer service.Use at your peril

I previously gave the Whitehouse pub, which is located on the corner of Whitehouse and the Abingdon Road, Oxford, a 5 star rating, but the service at the pub has deteriorated. The food has become fancy, and some of the new staff, are rude and ill-mannered.I never go to there now.There are plenty of alternatives a few minutes walk away. For example, The Head of the River.

Took hours to find a contact, eamiled and they say "oh no you signed up nothing we can do except give you 6 more free months". Might be a good website but after getting tricked I won't touch it. Try to make a better business complaint and you can't as it's probably registered in Cayman Islands. Scam. Stay away.

I puchased a Asus transformer laptop T304UA , Its fan is making noise, and wanted fan replacement. I was told by customer service that they dont have tools to open this model, I requested to send to other city which they agree, after that they told they dont have spare part with them . Its a new model, and reporting this to me took them one month time. How can a company can say they dont have fan with them of a very new model.
