Avoid using this company. I hired a car through this company and was charged twice for the pleasure. You are provided with a voucher to give the hire company at the destination. The hire company were unable to provide the car I hired or equivalent but I accepted the car they offered me. It was returned without any issues.Following this I was then charged again for the the same car hire. Customer services are a joke and very very unprofessional. They have no clue what they are doing. Just told the issue has been passed on and wait.I am now having to take this company to small claims to get my money backPlease do not use this company. There are many other sites that offer the same service but give great customer service.Use at your peril
