I puchased a Asus transformer laptop T304UA , Its fan is making noise, and wanted fan replacement. I was told by customer service that they dont have tools to open this model, I requested to send to other city which they agree, after that they told they dont have spare part with them . Its a new model, and reporting this to me took them one month time. How can a company can say they dont have fan with them of a very new model. I have promised myself , not to buy any product from ASUSService No=A2110067029-0004
