This company sent me faulty, I thought it would be easy to return them free of charge via their app as I have previously. However, this was not the case, it said that I would need to cover returns postage. I contacted their customer support and spoke with Catherine Pajares, she completely ignored my issue and kept sending a generic response. I kept on telling her the items were faulty and I needed to return them but she closed the chat without resolving it. Absolutely appalling customer support. I will be taking matters further.
