I didn't realize how bad they were until I switched to SiteGround. Website load speeds are now better. Their email hosting through CPanel was awful, with email delivery issues and slow forwarding speeds. When I tried to talk to support, all they wanted to do was upsell 365. So glad I moved away from them.

Review of dsw

Triple billing

I bought 2 pair of shoes online my card was debited 133.42 on May 30. On June 1 my card was debited 64.04 and 133.42 again! I had to have my bank reverse the 133.42. I just found out my shoes shipped separately so the 64.04 debit is correct I'm to get another debit for 69.38 but I still have a pending hold on my account for 133.42! I buy online all the time and have never experienced anything like this. I will not use DSW again

Review of wsj

ZERO STARS

I cancelled my digital subscription of $4.48 per month on their website and I have a screenshot from mid December 2023 showing "subscription expiring soon".I did not renew and assumed that this terminated the subscription. There was nothing on the page about autorenewal.Customer service told me when I complained that its impossible to cancel a subscription without phoning. How would I know this since I was also on the same day able to cancel a cheap Barrons subscription successfully online without phoning. So I ask them how would I know I had to phone and why did they renew the subscription when their website stated my subscription was expiring soon.He said I would have had to read their terms of service - in other words - I would have to delve into the fine print. As of two days ago when I discovered these large erroneous billings of over $60 Canadian per month for 3 months I looked at my account and it states "subscription expired" and yet WSJ support says my account is still active. There is no customer service. The support person did not listen to me and was unable to explain why "subscription expiring soon" and subscription expired" means the exact opposite in the world of WSJWhat a disgraceful outfit.Expect the worst

Review of parallels

Completely dishonest company - says its free and get you to install and block you off the software u

They would say it is available under the subscription and get you to install malicious software that would make the Parallels requesting you to pay to operate. Tremendous mal-practice - absolute dishonourable company. I've been paying yearly for many years now, and no more.

On a Saturday they had one person @ customer service. After waiting 30 minutes for the customer in front of me to do a wire transfer I asked about an e-coupon for $10.00 on daily essentials. No where on the coupon did it say you needed to spend a certain amount of money, but on the phone with someone she was told I needed to spend $40.00. Imagine that.

NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

When my older printer stopped connecting to my network HP refused to troubleshoot it with me, they wanted me to buy another one. I just bought a brother printer that comes with lifetime support. I will never buy HP again.

Worst customer support

Worst customer support. I bought a printer and tried to contact support they have an automated system that won’t let you bypass them until you give them a serial number and I gave it my serial number and it doesn’t recognize it. I also tried to enter it the serial number on line it say enter a valid serial number and that what it says on the box. And now I can’t get help. I am returning it. Don’t buy HP you’re be wasting your time.

Review of coursera

That are like scammers

That are like scammers! I took one course and I am very disappointed. Videos: instructor just reads the definitions from google. Practice: you have to research on Google by yourself and NO practicing the skills that you just learned. And they give you certification without your name on it! I can make better certificate with a signature😂. YouTube has better videos with tutorials!

Review of cnet

First I just ignored CNET in my feed, now I removed them

CNET used to pop in my feed because one of the things I read about is games. Their articles were always just... not good so I got used to scrolling over them. What made me actively remove them from my feed is their latest attempt to destroy YouTubers that actually do good video game journalism and critiques. It's a dishonest lying hit piece. As someone who has a degree in journalism it always sadens me to see this. (English is not my first language).

Review of binance

Stay away from Binance

Stay away from Binance - made some profits on ethereum , the whole process was smooth - super easy to deposit money from my bank to the app. My issue came when I needed to sell ! So when I sold , there was no easy way to exchange my ethereum into GBP , or any fiat currency for that matter. And furthermore there was no way or at least I could find to withdraw any of my money back to my bank. Eventually I figured out I could convert to tether and send my tether to my Coinbase account via the eth network; and there I was able to sell to GBP and withdraw to my bank. STAY AWAY FROM BINANCE - use Coinbase instead. Seems binance are only interested in lining their own pockets
