Shockingly bad. They continued to bill me for a plan which I had already cancelled and after charging me an extortionate "early termination fee". When I called the credit card company to dispute the charges, the agent told me the same thing happened to her! So obviously it's a deliberate policy. And good luck trying to find "customer support" on their website. It took half an hour being sent in circles and (eventually) talking to a chatbot before I actually connected with a live human being - who then tried to tell me that I'd actually bought the same plan twice and had only cancelled one of them. Seriously. Avoid at all costs! An update...three days after receiving confirmation that "both" accounts had been cancelled and excess charges would be refunded: I received two further messages telling me that I risked cancellation of my account if I didn't immediately pay an overdue subscription fee of CHF95.15 per month. The original subscription was CHF23.80. Fortunately, I had already cancelled the credit card linked to my account to prevent Adobe from ripping me off any further. So, anyone reading this can ignore the formulaic "apology" Adobe posted below my message. Based on my experience, and the many other former customers who have posted similar reviews, be very careful before subscribing to any product from Adobe!
