I have an issue with a seller on Gumroad and asked for a refund from the seller. Gumroad informed me that this is the procedure and should the seller not respond within 30 days I should then let them know and they would make sure I receive the refund. I have followed this procedure and informed Gumroad a week ago and again 3 days ago. They are now not responding. Will never purchase off their platform again. Its disgracefu!!28/10/2024 Update. Despite further emails sent to this company I am yet to receive a response from them. I have just sent another. 05/11/2024 Update. Further emails sent. No response or acknowledgement received. Customer care non-existent.13/11/2024 Update. Despite almost daily emails to them I have still received no response/acknowledgment from them. It seems they are in a hurry to take money but ignorant and selfish when it comes to refunds. I wonder how much correspondence I would be receiving if I owed them money?!! If you think you may need there customer support then avoid at all costs. They are active because they did originally respond to me but now that I have followed whatever procedure they required and owe me a refund there is no response.03/12/2024 Update. Still no response from these people. Absolutely no business ethics from what is supposed to be their "support" facility. Avoid at all costs if there is a chance you may need their assistance. Eventually people won't purchase from the sellers that use their platform.....
