They ban people for no reason and then when they want to appeal they ignore them.This is horrible behavior. They cant even tell me a reason why i got banned.Truly horrible practices.Apparently I banned on 2023 on APEX when i have never played in my life that game, now because of it i cant play games online I PAID MONEY FOR.

I'm not usually the complaining type, but gov.uk is possibly the most annoying website I've had to try and navigate ever. Then if you try to ask for help you either don't get through to them on the phone, or they will send you an email days later telling you pre-written useless instructions which don't help your situation.

Disgraceful customer service. One of their towing providers broke my car (3000$) and the car has been stuck at a mechanic for 2 weeks with AAA promising to call me every day for two weeks, but haven’t gotten a call once. I call them every single day and get nowhere.

The driver today decided to not go the route provided by the app b/c he didn't want to sit traffic. I asked him to stay on the route, & he still exited. He then argued w/ me, accusing me of being dramatic. He then pulled into a gas station, ended the ride, & then called the cops , lying claiming that he felt threatened & that I was being belligerent. He needs to be fired. Lyft owes me for that ride, the ride I had to take after being dropped off at some random gas station...after having to talk to the cop who arrived. This is not the end of this!! I AM TRAUMATIZED!!!

Fingerprint sensor stopped working on Pixel phone. I took it for repair. Repair unsuccessful. Received a label from Google for replacement. Label was faulty as per DHL drop off point. Spent hours on chat and phone with Google trying to resolve. Spent another hour with John Lewis trying to get a new label as google would not send. They now want me to drive back to drop off point to get evidence the label is not working. John Lewis can't help because manufacturer warranty. Google won't help because they are useless. Back to Samsung I go.

Similar to the other complaints on this site about Campaign Manager, I too have had a bad experience and they have been charging me for 8 months without using their service. I uploaded a new credit card on December and my billing was unbeknown to me, changed to monthly. I escalated this to their Head of Support and was disappointed, although not surprised, that the poor approach to customer service clearly comes from the top.Campaign Monitor operate a business in what is now a highly competitive environment, my advice is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Whilst the founder's are now two of the wealthiest people in Australia, customer service clearly is no longer of importance to them from their ivory tower.Again - GO ELSEWHERE and avoid the pitfalls I have experienced from this shonky company.

EDIT: I WAS A FOOL, IT WAS SCAMMERS. And in fact Binance helped me check my account integrity in minutes and asked for a screenshot to look into the scammers. Five stars for this interaction!Received a text with a withdrawal code I didn't ask for. Phoned customer service and the first person told me to change my password then hung up after thirty seconds. They also sounded like they were outside and on the move.I phoned back three more times, and two of those three people were also outside or just really hard to hear. All told me to change my password (fair enough) but, when I asked them if they could provide more information about my account security or details about the withdrawal request, they either hung up or just repeated to change my password. Very glad I had no money left in Binance as that would not have left me with glowing feelings towards my account security.
