In theory this should be a great product. It is not. Theater is no real customer service to speak of. They offer a deal to hospitals. I had it free for a year during Covid through my employer. If I used it twice, that would be it. Was automatically charged for another year. I don’t remember giving them my credit card. I had to go through American Express to cancel the charge as I was not given an opportunity to speak or chat online. Steer clear of this app.
