The content appears to be useful for some people. However, I did not want a subscription and made that clear when I cancelled my trial. My account online says my subscription is expired. YET I was just charged 69.99 for the service. To make this experience just that much worse; there is NO PHONE SUPPORT. They think this is a better way to manage customer service, but they are WRONG. Sometimes phone support is exactly what customers need and want. Thanks for nothing Calm.
