I never received an email about my subscription auto renewing. After it auto renewed, I politely requested a refund and that my subscription be canceled. Days later, I'm still waiting. I've emailed multiple times and only received automated responses that they're working on it and will get back to me. For an app promoting "calm," this is anything but. I'll be spreading the word far and wide to avoid this app because clearly they're not interested in spreading peace and well-being. They actually don't care about their customers at all. How ironic.
