Crapped all over my excellent excellent screening software supplied free to family users which has successfully protected my family from dangerous and destructive internet sites, and without even telling me! But it threw up a load of false 'warnings' about sites like my GPs surgery! Help desk personnel are sarky and ineffective, Set you on endless goose chases about the problem but don't respond when you provide them the info they requested. The brilliant help desk of my screening software, OPENDNS provided me with detailed analysis and showed how BITDEFENDER's VPN was subverting their screening software and even causing multiple DNS leaks. A waste of the high subscription charges.
