This company removes any accountability in the event of a cancellation. I purchased tickets soon event that was canceled. I have been working feverishly to get a refund. They will not let you even make the request until the date of the original event has passed. At that time you have a short window in which you can complete it. The company does not offer chat, email, or a phone number. You can complete a refund request form but you will never receive a response. I finally tracked them down on social media in which they continue to just tell me to follow the process and submit the form. After multiple tries I still have not received any information. My refund window is closing.

Where is my money, I got my item back, it's not my fault that your employees steal from customers. There is no email to write to you, no chat, everything revolves around stupid explanations, you are clearly becoming the most impudent shopping site. Read the reviews about you (if you can read). You don't respond to reviews, you don't respect your customers, you don't have any normal attitude.

This AAA company is the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent!! I paid for a membership for 5 years, and at least 5 different times I tried to receive help from them, and NOT ONCE was I able to get someone there to help me. I would NEVER recommend joining AAA!!! Save your money because they just take your money and never help you when you need them. There’s not even a contact phone number to call and speak to a human about where you are and what kind of help you need. You just send a message and they message you back with some BS and then never show up. NEVER EEVER PAY FOR THIS WORTHLESS SERVICE!!!

Absolute joke of a company! I needed a tow for next day for an appointment for brake inspection. I spent over an hour on phone trying to log onto my account, but it turned out their system is down. So, I have her transfer me to get a tow I get done giving her the information. Then she transfers me to a local dispatch and it goes to virtual assistant telling me my driver will be here in 1 hour. I tell them I want a representative. Representative says that they only have appointments available an hour after my brake appointment. Idiots, that waste your time and tell you they are sorry, because they are incompetent.

The software is robust and does what we want. My biggest complaint is the credit card module/process. The pay off and the cc reconciliation is cumbersome and we cannot make changes to dimensional data after reconciling. And the customer service/support is very much lacking.
