I ordered two items through Amazon on March 1st. Two weeks later I got a notice stating these items were “undeliverable” and a refund would be issued once the items were returned to its origin. A refund was NEVER received for these items. Presumably, these items were damaged during shipping. The customer should NEVER have to wait for a refund when it is clearly the organization’s fault. Consequently, I will NEVER purchase items through Amazon again…and I spent $thousands!
