Their products are quite good although expensive, and the sizing is a bit off. They are also very slow to deliver. I'd also say that for the price, I'd expect better packaging. It's very basic for a high-end product. Not impressive when you're giving something as a gift and it's no better packaged than a very basic item from a cheap shop. At least Calvin Klein etc put things in boxes and not just plastic bags with stickers all over them.
