Shocking company!

Shocking company!One item I have returned has never been refunded and they do not answer any FB posts or the phone.Another item I returned was charged £9 return fees!Absolutely dreadful do not ever shop online with these thieves!I will be contacting my bank to get the money refunded and then calling trading standards
